Lovely hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the staff were really amazing.
Room very large and spacious with great amenities.

Cons:

Plug points are inconveniently located. There needs to be somewhere near the bed to charge a phone.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

O hotel está todo reformado e a decoração da recepção é linda. O quarto é grande e confortável. Chuveiro excelente, cama e roupa de cama sensacional. A localização também é boa. Há uns 200m há um café tradicional. Mas, logo ao lado também já há outros dois cafés mais simples.

Cons:

O elevador é muito antigo. Cabe apenas 2 pessoas e trava bastante. Café da manhã, quando não incluído na diária, é caro (15.000 pesos por pessoa).

Decepción
Pros:

La atención en recepción fue muy buena y el tamaño de la habitación también.
La ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda.
El colchón,las almohadas y la ropa de cama muy buenas.

Cons:

El ascensor casi no funcionaba. Demoraron mucho en arreglarlo y tuvimos que bajar y subir muchas veces por la escalera.
El baño está bastante viejo. Las ventanas no tienen voile por lo cual al correr la cortina se ven las ventanas de los vecinos,perdiendo así privacidad.
Cuando estuvimos en la habitación del 6° piso al frente,la ventana no cerraba y como además los vidrios no son dobles,el ruido de la calle era fatal.
Pedimos cambio de habitación,lo cual se hizo inmediatamente,pero no tuvimos ninguna atención de parte del hotel ,dado que habiamos pagado por una habitación superior y tuvimos una común.
En resumen,el edificio es muy lindo,el personal muy amable,el mantenimiento pésimo. Una lastima porque el lugar es muy bueno.
