Overall, my stay was very good and I truly appreciated the hotel, the service, and the overall experience. The staff was kind and everything else worked very well.

However, during the colder weather, the room did not have enough blankets and the heating system was not sufficient. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick because the room felt too cold at night.

I would kindly recommend improving the heating or providing additional blankets during cold seasons to ensure guests are more comfortable.

Other than that, everything else was very good and I appreciate the hospitality.

excelente el personal

Cons:

No cerraba bien la ventana de la habitación. Colchón y sábanas muy buenos, pero el baño un poco incómodo para ducharse.

Cons:

Baño pequeño y helado
El depósito del Water perdía agua y era muy ruidoso
La TV se cortaba permanentemente, imposible ver nada
No funcionaba la calefacción del desayunador, era una heladera, no se puede desayunar con frío !!
Se escucha todo…. Cualquier movimiento que haya en el piso.

Recomendable si pides habitación que no den al frente.

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación que da al frente . Se escucha bastante el oso de tránsito.
Cuando se abre ascensor (en el piso y pisos próximos) se escucha desde la habitación.

Gente de recepción muyyyy atentos tratando de solucionar problemas de skipping .
