Ein gutes und ansprechendes Hotel in Potsdam
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man hat von den höheren Etagen ein wunderbaren Blick auf Potsdam. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Ausstattung ansprechend und das Frühstück vielfältig und gut. Ich komme gern wieder.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze scheinen etwas knapp zu sein.

Die Lage, das Zimmer ist wirklich schön dort

Die Kommunikation mir der Reception.
Ich hatte eine Fehler auf der Bocking. Com Bestellung gemacht.
Das ist sehr blöd das wenn man ein Zimmer buchen möchte der Tag richtig angezeigt wird aber der Monat nicht. Es wird der Folgemonat angezeigt ganz schön dreist von Booking.

Nicht so schön ist es wenn man noch beim Frühstück ist in Ruhe frühstücken möchte und immer wieder wird gefragt...kann ich das schon abräumen...So etwas gehört sich nicht und ist respektlos....vielleicht sollte man dem Personal das mal respektvoll erklären...wäre schön...

Das Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen, sauber, und zweckmäßig, Die Lage war perfekt, Bahnhof in der Nähe. Habe nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. Komme gern wieder.

Leider nicht wieder
Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage - ganz in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, zum Schiffsanleger, zur City, zum Holländischen Viertel.
Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Die Nasszelle - ohne Tür geht gar nicht! Dass das Waschbecken offen zugänglich ist, ist völlig ok. Aber Dusche und WC teilen sich 1 verschiebbare Glastür. Wenn man allein das DZ nutzt, mag das ja noch gehen. Zu zweit ist es allerdings äußerst unangenehm, die Toilette zu benutzen, egal wie vertraut man ist. Zumal diese Glastür nicht bis zur Decke reicht, sondern einen Spalt von ca. 10 cm hat.

Das Personal während des Frühstücks war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Es hat Spaß gemacht. Die Lages Hotels ist einmalig. Alles ist gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr winzig, ohne Schrank ausreichend Ablagefläche. Das Bad ist ein Witz. Extrem eng und das WC ohne wirkliche Tür.

Es war ein nettes Zimmer in der 9 . Etage mit tollem Ausblick. Wir haben uns für das Frühstück im Haus entschieden und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Personal an den Empfangsbereich war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die nichtvorhandene Tür zum Bad war etwas irritierend.
