Die Lage des Mercure Potsdam ist gut.
Bootsanleger sowie Bus und Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kantine im Landtag fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen

Cons:

Wir waren eine Woche in Potsdam.
Nachdem wir eingecheckt hatten mußten wir oben feststellen daß wir direkt eine Kirmes vor dem Fenster hatten.
Lärm jeden Tag bis 22:00.
Warum wir kein Zimmer auf der Havelseite bekommen haben, bleibt ein Geheimnis der Reception.
Bad ist sehr eng und hat keine Badezimmertür,sodass Geüche 1-1 ans Schlafzimmer weitergegeben werden.
Dusche ist schön groß, allerdings sind die Bodenfliesen spiegelglatt. Auch vor der Dusche ist es sehr glatt und ohne Handtuch auf dem Boden geht gar nichts..
Nachttische sind voller Wasserflecke und müßten dringend aufgearbeitet werden.
Wasserkocher oder Kaffeekocher Fehlanzeige.

Potsdam selber ist eine Reise wert aber das Mercure Potsdam hat mit der Ausstattung 4 Sterne nicht verdient

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Potsdam.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist so, wie man es für diesen Preis erwartet. Uns hat der Ausblick sehr gefallen (12. ETAGE).

Potsdam war klasse, das Hotel leider nicht
Cons:

Fehlte dringend einen Kühlschrank wenn man reisen muss, ist das unbedingt erforderlich.
Ich bin mitten in der Nacht beim rumdrehen zwischen die beiden sich voneinander weg bewegenden Betten gefallen. Mir tut immer noch die Hüfte weh Das geht doch so gar nicht. !!!!

Die Unterkunft war gut renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist mehr als ansprechend, toll gelegen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, das ist ok, das Bad hat keine Tür, ist offen zum Flur hin. Das Internet ist richtig schlecht, sehr langsam. Die Heizung hat ihren Namen nicht verdient. Niemals 4 Sterne
