Pros:

"Excellent location right near Lake Louise—ideal for anyone hiking the trails. The inside restaurant is a major plus because options nearby are very limited. Rooms are small and definitely on the pricier side, but acceptable given how convenient the location is."

Miserable Zimmer und Qualität bei überteuerten Preisen

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind auf dem Stand von vor 50 Jahren. Die Klimaanlage läuft nicht, was offiziell als “go green” verkauft wird. Dafür muss das Wasser in der antiken Dusche mindestens fünf Minuten laufen bis es lauwarm ist. Der Hebel für die Toilettenspülung steht kurz vor seinem Abbruch. Die Ventilation im Bad funktioniert nicht, wurde auch nicht repariert trotz meiner Nachfrage. Das Zimmer hat ein winziges zu öffnendes Fenster und das Licht im ganzen Raum scheint nur schummrig. Also wer 70er Jahre Flair sucht, aber 2026er Wucherpreise bezahlen möchte, gerne.

Cons:

There was no A/C. This is a problem. We used a fan, and the room was still warm and stuffy. The toilet handle was leaky.....The place is overpriced for a 2-3 stars ludge......over CAN $625 per night is grossly overpriced....plus the booking.com "discount" is not a real discount....also the room that we had was tight....we had difficulty opening 2 suitcases at the same time....

Pros:

Short trails along Pipestone and Bow Rivers. Walkable distances to Samson mall and alternative eateries. Accessible to Banff National Park destinations.

Cons:

The lack of an elevator to building four top floor. Lack of elevator is paramount. Other accessibility barriers abound at this inn. I’m surprised that a service in a Canada National Park provides so many barriers.

Nous étions contents d'être logés près du Lac Louise.
Pros:

La situation géographique. Les conseils de la commis à la réception pour aller au lac facilement et à peu de frais.
La compensation accordée lorsque la cafetière de la chambre n'a pas fonctionné (un café gratuit au comptoir de l'hôtel). Remplacement de la cafetière. Personnel du restaurant a compensé pour mon entrée qui était décevante.

Cons:

Décors et ameublement vraiment désuet. Cafetière défectueuse. Entrée avec bocconcini: le fromage était difficile à trouver... Prix élevé, mais c'est à cause de la proximité au lac.

Close to village, very cabin like. Great service staff.

Cons:

No elevators to room, had to drag suitcase up stairs. Room no well laid out no room to move and bathroom so tiny the door just passes the toilet. No privacy as window opens on to balcony and you had no sheer curtains only thick one so either room in dark or open for all to see in.

Ancient rooms
Pros:

Hotel has good activities - rentable bikes and mini golf. Bed was decent.

Cons:

The room and finishes were older than I am- worn out carpets, VERY creaky floors, tiles in the washroom missing grout. Had to push my bodyweight against the door to get in. The hotel is okay if you absolutely need to stay in Lake Louise but I'd recommend making the drive to Banff instead.

outrage price for low grade facility
Pros:

Staff very friendly and attentive

Cons:

Room was noted as twin, actually it is only a bigger single.
Facility need renovation. Room was too hot and not ventilated. Hot water catle cord too short and need to boil water on the floor. No fridge. Toilet handle broken.

Lpud machine cam be heard late in rooms
Pros:

There is a machine at the pool area that dries your clothes, it sounds like an insane loud broken machine. It took us 2 days to figure out what it was. We can clearly hear it at 1030pm even though the pool closes at 10pm. Its crystal clear from the rooms and you cant sleep through it. We paid $500 a night to be kept awake. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great shuttle service offered and restaurant options on site are wonderful
Pros:

I liked how they arranged the booked the shuttles to the lakes for me. So helpful. Very convenient they picked up and dropped off right at hotel. Also, loved the Legends Restaurant and option to eat outside. Also loved the coffee Keurig in the room! Having the restaurants right there are great!!!

Cons:

Husband says bed was a little hard and the tv was not great.
