Food and location made the stay wonderful
Pros:

Proximity to lake Louise ski resort was amazing! And loved the discounts on food with an ikon pass at the hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were super hot. Glad they provided a fan but the temp in the room was cranked all the way down and it was super hot.

Pros:

The room is clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us - very close to stores and restaurants and a short drive to the ski hill.

Cons:

We've stayed here before, so there were no surprises. The building is wood, so you hear people walking by and in neighboring rooms, but earplugs solve that problem easily.

Pros:

We liked the location near the ski hill, the ski shuttle service, the fitness center, and the helpful staff.
In- house pizza place was good for a casual meal.

Loved the location and staff!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the jacuzzi, pool and workout facilities were wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms are quite dated and squishy. We also had some trouble regulating the heating.

Great lodging for skiing lake louise
Pros:

Great place to stay to ski at lake louise. Bus picks up right at hotel driveway entrance and it is 10 minutes to resort. Great to be able to park the car until we departed. Spent 6 nights in the remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Just 2 of us, so lots of room for all our ski gear. Great lighting in all rooms. Beautiful unit. Staff super pleasant. We ate in every night, with simple meals. Kitchen had the basics, so worked great for simple cooking. Couch turned put be comfy with 2 of us laying lengthwise in the evenings reading our kindles. Didn't use any of the amenities so can't speak to those. We recommend booking in building 5, as those are all remodeled units. Cost more, but worth it.
We were on top floor, level 3, and the elevator made moving luggage a breeze.

Cons:

Very quiet night and day for first 5 nights. Then for our final night new neighbors moved in next door who were super loud. Banging around, seemingly moving furniture at 2 am. Talking loudly. We could hear it all. Can't control other hotel guests unfortunately, so our last night was sleep deprived.

Pros:

La piscine

Cons:

Nous étions relégué dans un vieux bâtiment. Chauffage (on était en hiver, le chauffage étant à 19°C) + Bouilloire = le courant a sauté.
Pas de microonde dans la chambre, pas d'endroit disponible pour faire réchauffer à manger et pour manger. Tout est fait pour qu'on consomme au l'hôtel mais avec des prix assez élevés.

It was fine except for my not likes.
Pros:

Location, good restaurants.

Cons:

I’m quite sure the room we were upgraded to did not have two queen beds as we were told.

Ski lockers would be good instead of taking items through the front lobby.
