Meraviglioso soggiorno a Lake Louise
Pros:

Was close to excursions.

Cons:

Was old and outdated, rooms are very small, they have no elevators and had construction going on til 8pm at night.
We were put in building 4 on the fourth floor (top) while they were installing a new roof. We were not told at check in that the construction was on our building. This was unacceptable for $600 a night hotel.
When we asked for a different room we were told til they did not have a room to move us to. When we finally got to speak to a manager (we were told they were busy) he finally offered a refund but have NOT seen this show up on my credit card statement.

Would absolutely recommend
Pros:

Fantastic experience, was sad to only stay for 1 night. Best hotel gym I have ever used, and the pool/spa/mini golf facilities were great. It was also good to have a few different options for food within the hotel as there are not many options in town. The campfire with free s'mores was also a great addition.

Pros:

The food was very good for dinner and breakfast

Cons:

construction going on the roof in our building and areas were shut off. Also construction in the lobby entrance and made that a problem when you are trying to enjoy that area.

A great location, but needs some updating in the rooms
Pros:

Lots of activities such as mini golf, games, good size rooms, laundry facilities

Cons:

The room was slightly run down. The boxed pipes were broken, the base boards were broken exposing pipes.

High-priced basic accommodations
Pros:

This is a big resort-style hotel, and it has all the necessary facilities, including a laundry room. The room offered a basic level of comfort, and the restaurant was quite good. Some of the waiters were delightful. And the setting is, of course, amazing.

Cons:

The room was pretty small and with a basement-level view of a driveway. The handicapped parking was down a stairway from the entrance -- ironic. And the room rate was really outrageously high. Not higher than other nearby properties, but "value" stretches the meaning of the word.
