Buenas atención del personal.
Pros:

El desayuno se cancelo extra al valor de la habitación, para ser desayuno americano, no es muy abundante, y ahí falta personal, que este pendiente si hay que reponer algo, mi queja mayor es muy deficiente el aseo,los pasillos huelen mal, y los desagües de los baños estaban tapados, se nos inundó el baño al ducharnos, en 2 habitaciones.
Por sobre estos detalles no menos importantes para una estadía, debo destacar por sobre lo negativo, las señoritas de recepción fueron muy amables ,siempre solicitas al los pasajeros .

Cons:

Insisto el tema del desagüe de los baños es muy desagradable primera vez que me toca una experiencia así.
La falta de aseo en general.

Le personnel était très accueillant et disponible

Cons:

Malgré notre demande quotidienne il n’y a pas eu de ménage pendant les 5 jours où nous avons été présents à l’hôtel, les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées et surtout les linges humides non remplacés.

L hygiène de la chambre ( sol / cadre de porte sale poussière)
Le fait d avoir 1 grande serviette pour 2
On réserve une chambre avec terrasse (???ou est la terrasse)
A notre arrivée a l étage on entendait des voie forte , on espérait que se soit passager. A 5h du matin , dans les couloirs sa rigolai et parlai très fort se qui nous a pas permis de dormir.

Limpeza pessima.

Cons:

Limpeza estava péssima. Acho que só esticaram o lençol invés do trocá-lo após a saída do hóspede anterior. Chão estava grudento, meia ficou preta ao andar dentro do quarto. Paredes sujas e com respingo de algo que tenham derrubado. Funcionários não falavam inglês. Pra limparem o quarto de um dia pro outro tinha que ir na recepção pedir, não era padrão. E mesmo assim a limpeza era só arrumar a cama e trocar as toalhas, nada mais foi limpo.

### Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – schlechte Hygiene und nicht wie auf den Bildern

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft eine große Enttäuschung. Wir waren in Zimmer 208 und haben uns dort überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt.

Bereits bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Eine Lampe funktionierte nicht, es fehlten Handtücher für die Hände und auch nach 48 Stunden kam niemand, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Ich habe Fotos vom Zustand des Zimmers gemacht.

Auch das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Die Realität hatte meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nichts mit den Bildern auf Booking.com zu tun. Der Frühstücksbereich war nicht sauber und es fehlten verschiedene Produkte, unter anderem Frischkäse und Gemüse. Ich hatte für das Frühstück bezahlt, konnte es aber an keinem der drei Tage nutzen.

Besonders schlimm war für mich, dass ich aufgrund meiner Allergie gesundheitliche Probleme bekommen habe. Mein Zustand hat sich während des Aufenthalts deutlich verschlechtert, sodass ich einen Arzt aufsuchen musste. Der Arzt riet mir, die Unterkunft sofort zu verlassen, da sich mein Zustand sonst weiter verschlimmern könnte. Deshalb musste ich meinen Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen und nach Hause zurückkehren.

Ich habe bereits vor Ort eine Mitarbeiterin auf die Probleme aufmerksam gemacht. Leider wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden.

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber eine solche Erfahrung habe ich bisher noch nie gemacht. Für mich stehen Sauberkeit und Hygiene an erster Stelle – gerade deshalb ist dieser Aufenthalt besonders enttäuschend gewesen.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft aufgrund meiner Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass die Verantwortlichen die Kritik ernst nehmen und die hygienischen Zustände sowie den Service dringend verbessern.
