La visite de la ville était notre priorité. Toutefois, je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à l'écart de Strasbourg sans éloignement excessif.

Cons:

Paiement d'une place de parking non gardé (ouvert toute la nuit pour cause de présence d'un locker mondial relai).
Attribution d'une chambre non nettoyée (pourtant réservée depuis la semaine précédente), bidon de savon dans la douche totalement vide, morceaux de papier toilette au sol de la salle de bain.
Odeur infecte dans l'ascenseur et moquettes sales dans l'ascenseur et le couloir.
L'hôtel affiche un panneau 3 étoiles à l'entrée mais n'en mérite même pas une seule.
Nous sommes sans doute tombés sur un personnel d'accueil non formé car il lui a fallu un quart d'heure pour calculer 2 nuits de parking et 2 taxes de séjour (les chambres étant payées par avance), tout ça pour que le lendemain on me téléphone pour me réclamer le prix des taxes de séjour...

Абсолютно всё. Сначала отправили "погулять", потому что пришли в 14:30. Заселили позже всех. Как работает кондиционер в номере-непонятно. Я его пробовал включать-не работает. Телевидение просит как то настроить его. Ладно. Хрен с ним. Мне особо не надо. Но просто к чему не прикоснись-либо не работает, либо ужасное. Это всё? А вот и нет! Персонал мягко говоря так себе. Номер не убрали! Даже не зашли! Мне пришлось идти на рецепцию и брать туалетную бумагу! Когда пришли на второй день с прогулки, у нас ключ в номер заблокирован оказался. Опять же пришлось идти проблему решать. Розеток возле кровати нет. Только на столе под шторой. Мне было проще с телевизора вытащить розетку и вставить зарядное от телефона. Матрацы такие на кроватях, что вы можете запросто улететь на пол ночью. Собственно чуть не произошло такое. Гостиница находится далеко от центра (но это не проблема гостиницы, это просто информация). Так же я так и не понял, можно ли вечером например кофе взять в автомате. Так же (что важно кстати): в номере не было фена! И на рецепции сказали: извините, нет. При том что он был включен. В итоге телевизор не работал (ну то ладно), фена не было. Не поубирали. И это еще то что на поверхности. А вопрос: а за что вы деньги берёте? Часть услуг не предоставлена. Я в эту гостиницу (вообще во всю их сеть) больше никогда не приеду. Это был какой то позор. Мне пришлось мусор оставлять в пакете рядом с ведёрком. Потому что места элементарно не было. Это было ужасно.

- les sur matelas qui ne tiennent pas. Draps qui ne tiennent pas. Réveillé en plein nuit le lit complètement défait…
- la climatisation hyper bruyante. Il faut choisir entre dormir dans le calme sans le bruit de moteur d’avion de la climatisation, mais avoir trop chaud, ou profiter de la climatisation mais avoir un bruit qui empêche de dormir. Vous choisirez…
- la fameuse climatisation choisi parfois à votre place et se déclenche de manière aléatoire en pleine nuit… donc reveil obligatoire vu le bruit. Elle se ré déclenche quelques instants après que vous l’ayez éteint…
- le lit est de bonne taille. Malheureusement l’espace autour pour tourner n’est plus suffisant. Donc vous allez vous cogner contre la télé et le meuble en contournant le lit…
- je rajoute un dernier point, je pensais que tous les hôtels 3 étoiles mettaient à disposition dans les chambres de quoi faire un thé ou café… ou au moins un verre, ou un gobelet au cas où…

Lage sehr stadt ah.

Fenster in beiden Zimmern defekt, ließen
sich nicht richtig öffnen.

Gefallen hat uns:

- Gute Lage nahe Straßburg
- Problemlos einen Parkplatz gefunden, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind
- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt okay
- Die erfahrene Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat das Problem beim Check-in schnell gelöst
- Beim Stromausfall im Zimmer wurde direkt reagiert

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns:

- Check-in anfangs etwas chaotisch wegen eines neuen Mitarbeiters
- Keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett, nur eine versteckte Steckdose
- Nachts ziemlich laut, sowohl draußen als auch durch die Türen der Nachbarzimmer
- Am dritten Tag funktionierte das Licht/Strom im Zimmer nicht
- Kein Ersatz-Zimmer verfügbar, da das Hotel ausgebucht war
