No Complaints
Pros:

Stayed for just one night, in hindsight wish we could had booked for a longer stay. Really lovely hotel and room, staff really friendly. Breakfast was was a good continental and very accommodating staff for who nothing was a trouble. No complaints with the room which was very good and really comfortable bed.
Ideal location for the train station, just across the road. It was not the cheapest hotel we've stayed in but it's Switzerland
Would definitely stay here again

Great boutique hotel as a base for Chur
Pros:

A brilliant base to see all of Chur and a trip on the Bernina Express. The hotel was all we could want. The staff super friendly and attentive, from reception to breakfast staff to housekeeping. So clean, very tidy with a great sauna / steam room. I’d certainly go back if ever in Chur. The only tiny fault for me was personal but may not be to others, the pillows were very soft that I sank too far into them. But that’s the only thing, don’t let it stop you visiting this great hotel.
