Grrat location. Clean and comfy room.
Pros:

Location is perfect-very close to train and bus station. Breakfast was excellent- wide variety of food and good quality. Guest card was provided for the use in the city museum.

Cons:

The bed was too soft for my liking.

Perfect hotel for the Bernina Express
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel really close to the train station. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are pleasant. There was a good selection at breakfast, especially the fruit, and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and the room was too warm - but these are minor issues.

Very handy to train, great breakfast … would def recommend.
Pros:

A step away from train station making it a stress free stop over. The three breakfast staff were so attentive, friendly and efficient … great staff. Roomy room for one to a few nights stay. Handy to shops.

On the more expensive side but positives outweighed this.

Fabulous in every way.
Pros:

Very convenient location close to the station so that we could catch an early train. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was gorgeous. Just little things like having enough places to hang towels, a shower that was powerful and easy to regulate the temperature and had a shelf. Beautiful toiletries too. The bed was very comfortable and the climate control worked perfectly. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. We paid more than our usual budget but it was worth it.

Cons:

It was quite expensive but, all in all, worth it just for once.

Cleanliness was up to the very exact Swiss standards. Absolutely immaculate. Great staff, both at reception and the breakfast room, very polite and helpful. Good, solid WiFi throughout. Nice view of the mountain from backwards facing upper floor rooms. Plenty of power sockets for charging devices, including by the bed. USB charging available at the desk. Opening windows. Great soundproofing (though only with closed windows - otherwise can be quite noisy until late night, especially on weekends.

Cons:

Soft mattress and very flimsy pillows. Thin and small towels. Bathroom quite small, but absolutely functional.
