Very happy with the hotel, would recommend!
Pros:

Location was perfect, close to Chur Train Station & Old Town. Great selection of food for breakfast. Staff very obliging & friendly.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room didn't work.

Good hotel, lovely facilities, few niggles which didn’t blight the stay

Cons:

Air conditioning was not strong enough but a fan was provided. The lights by the bed were like car headlights. The light switches were confusing leading to all the lights being switched and no way of switching them on by the bed.

Great place to stay and explore the city.
Pros:

Great location if you travel by train, very close to the main station. 2 minutes walking away from the pretty old town. Very friendly staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Nice room with comfy beds, nice modern bathroom.

Cons:

We arrived at a hot day (31 degrees) and the aircon was not running. Result: a pretty sticky room. Be aware that there is traffic all around, either from the train station or streets. Sleeping with open windows is a challenge. Chur is quiet at night, but unless you are an early riser, traffic will wake you up. However, the windows are excellent, so if you keep them closed it is really no problem.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Suosittelemme.
Pros:

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Sijainti ihan juna-aseman vieressä. Siisti huone. Runsaan aamupalan sai tilattua huoneeseen vitosella. Hyvä höyrysauna. Hyvä ilmastointi.

Cons:

”Suomalaisesta saunasta” puuttui kiuas kokonaan. Kyselkää olisiko jo löytynyt. :)

Excellent établissement proche de la ville et des gares
Pros:

Je fréquente cet hôtel régulièrement depuis...33 ans et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Le haut niveau de qualité se maintient (accueil et serviabilité du personnel, propreté et équipement des chambres, petit-déjeuner).

La proximité des gares routière et ferroviaire ainsi que de la ville est très appréciable.

Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient across the train station.
Pros:

Room was spacious with lots of windows with blackout shades. Very clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff.

Solid hotel for stop and go
Pros:

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable
Staff at breakfast was very attentive, efficient and friendly.

Cons:

It is a bit of business-like hotel but we stayed one night, so for us ABC hotel was a good fit. I would not perhaps stay for a longer holiday.
