Excellent staff, comfortable stay in a snow storm
Pros:

I ended up booking this hotel last minute during a snow storm and realized it was unsafe for me to get home. The staff were super friendly and although they were short staffed due to the storm, they still ensured the guests were taken care of. In particular there was only one man working in the restaurant/bar and he ensured everyone got their food while it was still hot and checked on his guests as best as he was able given the extreme short staffing levels. He maintained his polite and pleasant attitude instead of getting frustrated

Cons:

The shower plate where the temperature adjustment was very loose in the shower. Also the pillows are nice and fluffy but flatten as soon as you put your head on them.

The aesthetic is nice, clean, plenty of parking, free upgrade to king & customer service is great

Cons:

Had a little hiccup with the freezer. Not a big deal at all. The switched our room right away
