Garagem no local e de fácil acesso. Cama muito boa, banheiro bacana. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização boa, uns 15 minutos da área central. Nos deram café da manhã para levar no dia que tivemos passeio, bem completo. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Televisão é grande mas não é smart. Frigobar não gela muito as bebidas.

We spent 3 amazing days in Florence. There was lots to see, great shopping and an excellent but reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient location close to station and just a short walk to the Duomo. There were also a variety of local shops cafes and restaurants in the streets around the hotel. Our room was clean and very omfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Очень удобное расположение. В шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей и набережной Арно. Прекрасный отзывчивый персонал. Особая благодарностью менеджеру на ресепшен Эмануэлю, который мне очень помог решить проблему с оплатой с моей новой карты, посоветовал отличный ресторан и всегда был дружелюбен.
Завтраки в отеле вкусные, сытные, разнообразные. Белье в номере белейшее! Номер очень уютный. В номере был чайник, пакетики чая и кофе. Минибар. Ежедневно приносили бутилированную воду. В ванной комнате были наборы косметические, чистейшие полотенца. У меня был вид из окна на тихую улочку с чудесным видом. В ресторане для завтраков можно вкусно поужинать вечером. Весь персонал ресторана и отеля в целом очень приятный, тактичный. С удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле в следующий раз). Если цены будут доступными). В июле этого года цена была очень щадящей для такого уровня отеля. А! Еще есть маленький садик на территории отеля с фонтанчиком).
