Ótima acomodação
Pros:

Gostei da recepção, do café da manhã com várias opções, da localização bem próxima a estação de trem o que nos facilitou com as bagagens, cama confortável, quarto grande, secador de cabelo, banheiro espaçoso.

Cons:

Escorre um pouco de agua na altura da portinha da banheira, mas nada não contornavel e o ar condicionado que não funciona, a temperatura é ambiente, mas o tempo favoreceu e ficou tudo perfeito.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is good and very close to the city center (within the walking distance of all main attractions). One of the big advantages of this hotel is that it has its own parking (although limited number of spaces), but it was available when we arrived. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel staff was polite and welcoming. All the information about the stay and instructions for arrival were provided upfront.

Cons:

Bathroom in the room is definitely not on the 4* hotel level (shower door broken, shower very small, outdated design). Air condition was not working (it was set to ventilation mode only, luckily it was April so not to bad outside) and the room was to warm so we had to open windows to let some air and cool into the room, which also resulted in getting the mosquitos in the room :-(

Does the job
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The location is ok, not dangerous, but there are sketchy shops and sketchy people lurking around.
I left the Please Make Up Our Room sign at 9 am and when we came back 5h later to rest, it was still not done... that was annoying, we had to leave the room for half an hour again.

Fantastic.
Pros:

All staff were fantastic. Especially Rafel on the bar who was so friendly and was happy to share his knowledge and recommendations of the local area. Hotel was really clean with comfortable beds, great shower. Breakfast staff were very attentive with Ample choice for breakfast.

Cons:

Location was great for distance to centre. However, it was warm so we did have the window open and the noise with people shouting about until the early hours was a bit annoying. This was something that definitely was not the hotels fault just the area. Minor detail and it would not put me off staying there again.
