The rooms were outdated, the sink it the bathroom was clogged, the electricty went out at 7pm and didnt come back on until 8am the next day. I called about the sink and they send that they would send one to fix it. Which didn't happen, electricity was only off for over 13 hrs and the front desk didnt offer any type of discount or extra amenities and the breakfast was basic due to the electricity but still they could have started services at 8am. I asked if they had a generator for emergencies.
An absolute 10/10 experience! Clean, modern, and perfectly located. Outstanding hospitality! The staff are the real gems of this place. Exceeded all expectations. Best hotel room we’ve stayed in by far!

I have rated this hotel before, for another stay.
I like the hotel and I would consider going back to it.
The location is great. A block away from the river, for nice walks in the evening. Also 10-20 min walks from anything you want to see in Florence.
The staff were just great. They made an effort to provide good service.
The restaurant/food was good. They even "boxed" us a breakfast for our departure, as it was way early (4 am), before the restaurant opened.
To use the gym, you need to book it. that said, I didnt even think of using it, as Florence kept us busy.
The staff were amazing. Very, very helpful.
The location is great. 1 block from the river, for nice walks to/from Ponte Vecchio. also 10-20 mins a walk away from pretty much everything you want to see
They packed ups a boxed "breakfast" on our way out, as it was very early (4 AM)
The gym has a "booking" policy. Basically, you need to book the gym if you want to book it. It is just an inconvenience, that is all. But then, with all the walking we did in Florence, never once thought about using the gym.
The hotel does not have a pool nor a sauna, but to be honest, never thought of it, being in Florence and with all the wonderful things the city has to offer

Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni del centro. Accogliente e silenzioso. Dispone di parcheggio a pagamento.
Avendo scelto di usufruire del parcheggio privato dell'hotel (costo 30 euro al giorno) all'arrivo mi è stato chiesto di lasciare alla reception le chiavi dell'auto nel caso improbabile che ci fosse stato bisogno di spostarla. Io non ero dell'idea di lasciarle, ma mi hanno convinto assicurandomi che in caso di necessità sarei stato contattato per spostarla io stesso.. Il giorno dopo invece ho trovato l'auto spostata di posto senza che nessuno mi avesse detto nulla, ne prima di farlo ne dopo averlo fatto.
Inoltre essendo con la mia compagna avevamo scelto una camera Romantic vedendo nelle foto e leggendo nella descrizione un allestimento composto da vari elementi tra cui una bottiglia di bollicine ecc per rendere l'atmosfera, ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato solo una rosa e nient'altro, per cui è stata una delusione anche avendo pagato di più la camera. Le foto sul sito non rispecchiano il servizio offerto
La colazione purtroppo è molto sbilanciata verso lo stile UK/Internazionale, la colazione Italiana è poco assortita
The hotel's location is great. A block away from the river, which makes for a really nice walk to Ponte Vecchio. And just a few blocks *(10-15 mins) to the Accademia, Uffizi, Duomo, etc.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are not huge but they are a good size. Bathrooms are nice, clean and modern.
Hotel also has parking if needed.
On our last day, we left at 3 AM and the hotel provided us with a "boxed" breakfast, which was a really nice touch.

The hotel was charming yet modern and very well kept with everything we needed for our stay. The room sizes and beds were luxurious, and the breakfast was best in class. The hotel lobby, restaurant and common areas were also well kept with very helpful and responsive staff. We will gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Adriatico and had a wonderful experience. The standout feature is definitely its location. It is right in the heart of Florence, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops.
The hotel itself was great, comfortable, and well-maintained. Between the fantastic location and the overall quality of the stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. I would definitely stay here again!
