It helped us have an amazing holiday in Florence.
Pros:

The wonderful staff. Location was very close to the center of the city, five minutes away from the railway station. Excellent breakfast and staff in the dining were very accommodating. Housekeeping was exceptional.

Pros:

Good location — about a 7-minute walk from the train station, with all major attractions within walking distance. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were helpful and welcoming. The room included a fully stocked minibar, extra blankets, and a pillow menu. The heating system was easy to control, which was important since we stayed February 4–6 during rainy weather with temperatures around +10°C. Breakfast was good — not a huge selection, but all the standard options were available.

Cons:

The room felt a bit cold despite using the heating overnight, and by morning the temperature had dropped again. The bathroom heating was especially insufficient — it was quite cold, with no heated floors and a radiator that didn’t seem to work. There was also a small cord on the bathroom wall that could benefit from a clear label as an emergency button — we mistakenly thought it was a ventilation switch (fortunately, the staff responded quickly and checked on us).
