Pros:

Bad stay and Alex was extremely rude

Cons:

Made a reservation and never asked for a handicap room. So I made a reservation and got a handicap room. They were supposed to be queen size bed instead they were full-size bed. I know because I work for a furniture store. So I asked for a roll away bed. And when I lay down, wires were felt and springs.

The stay was pleasant except for the bed.
Pros:

Very clean and close to the event we were going too.

Cons:

Our bed in the mobility access room was practically on the floor. It had no box spring. I had to sleep in the chair because it hurt so bad trying to get out of the bed.

Second stay here. Same excellent service and clean rooms. Will be back again.

Your bathrooms have mold in them and the bathrooms need to be cleaned Better

Cons:

The bathrooms they have mold and could be cleaner and it took a long time for my deposit to be sent back.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, everything was very clean, the wifi was good, and the staff friendly and helpful. And the breakfast had hot food and other things.

Well worth it and very comfortable and nice and clean
Pros:

Location is amazing. It was in the middle of everything. Had parking spaces all over that fit my truck and trailer. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Allowed my small pup to stay with us was a big plus.

Cons:

Only complaint is that I would prefer scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled for breakfast lol.
