It was great!
Pros:

Alex, the front desk person, accommodated my need to be on top floor, away from noise as much as possible.

Cons:

One night a guest was very loud and continuously slammed their doors which was very annoying and disruptive. Thankfully, it only lasted one night.

Cons:

The tub was clogged and a chunk of hair kept coming out of drain. It took awhile to get it fixed. Also, the water pressure was low because the toggle switch was not allowing the water to switch over to shower mode. It was 50/50

The beds were hard and the pillows should be upgraded. They are very substandard.
Pros:

We liked where the property was located centrally in Rancho Cucamonga. Very convenient for our needs.

Cons:

To start off with the breakfast was cold, they ran out of coffee, and no differentiation between any other low end hotels. The showerhead was terrible, and the light in the entryway, which is on a motion detector should be discontinued immediately. Getting up in the middle of the night it automatically comes on and wakes up. Whoever else is sleeping in the room.

A hidden Gem
