The TV has limited channels, old school channels, no Netflix options or phone screen castings.

Exceptional Customer Service, Beyond Expectations
Pros:

I recently booked a stay at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel for my Father, who was travelling alone and needed some extra assistance, due to an unexpected medical episode in transit.

From the moment he arrived at the hotel, the staff provided exceptional customer service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the kindness, patience and professionalism demonstrated throughout my Father’s stay exceeded all expectations.

The team checked in on my Father regularly at our request and kindly facilitated us with video calls, so that our family could stay in touch with him, as he had lost his phone.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Flo, the Loyalty/Duty Manager, whose dedication and leadership ensured my Father received outstanding service. Flo's attention to detail, care and commitment was exceptional, giving us peace of mind during his stay.

I would recommend Putrajaya Marriott Hotel without any hesitation. I look forward to visiting the hotel to thank the staff in person, and to enjoy the wonderful hotel facilities and surrounding area.
