its a one night stay with the family but we are happy!
Pros:

i like the room quite big for a family of four..its just perhaps can have extra bed when requested..need to have cutlery too. Expecting complimentary soft drinks and snack in a family suite. the building is quite old but the interior seems like upgraded.
i like that they have many board games at the pool and other small activities like badminton, ping pong etc.

Cons:

food at the executive lounge could be upgraded. Japanese restaurant should be upgraded its looks so old. we tried the buffet on Saturday and i don't think the food there worth the price. we requested for complimentary birthday deco for the room but didn't received it maybe they don't get the memo.

Not well maintain .
Toilet in swimming area is smelly and wet .
The staff in playroom area was in personal video call instead of entertaining the kids or guest.
Room service food was delay even after was pre ordered to be delivered in specific timing
Drilling n maintenance noise around 5pm

Very suitable for family with kids.
Pros:

The pool facility is amazing. Very suitable for kids to have fun

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing, taste wise. Variety is more or less the same as other hotels

Aile için harika bir otel. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği zengin. Ayrıca purtajaya merkezine ve alışveriş merkezine ücretsiz servis imkanı var. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardımsever ve ilgili.
