Cons:

Breakfast was not good, improvement on the taste; and to my surprise there's no kids cutleries available.
The facilities at the kids pool was not function during the stay.

Pros:

The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The lontong is a must-try. it was the best I have ever tasted. The pool also best.

Cons:

The kids room was quite disappointing. It felt under-equipped and more like it was just set up to tick the box of having a children’s play area. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. The price paid is for a 5-star experience, but unfortunately the facilities provided are not up to standard. It is quite disappointing.

Pros:

We enjoyed the spacious room, the bathtub, the splash area, the pools

Cons:

There is no hose bidet in the toilet and there is only one lift to the parking area.
