Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Splendid.
Pros:

The facilities there were excellent and well maintained. It is also very near to IOI City mall, and they even provide hourly shuttle service from/to the mall.

Fantastisch om hier te verblijven
Pros:

Wat een service! Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt word je aan alle kanten op je wenken bediend. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, attent en professioneel. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Ontbijt is fantastisch!

Bilik Ok. Kolam Renang luas and kid friendly. Budak2 boleh berlari dengan bebas. Makanan satay nge kueh teow goreng superb.
Ad shuttle van ke IOI mall tanpa bayaran.

Cons:

Botol air mineral berbentuk Bir. Sepatutnya lebih sensitif dan banyak lagi reka bentuk yang sesuai. Tandas tiada swing bidet.

It was a very calm and relaxing experience for us🌹I wish to come back and stay for a longer time🌹
Pros:

Everything from the Lobby to the room. I didn’t try the breakfast though because my mum is strictly vegetarian so we preferred to go out and eat.

Cons:

More types of vegetarian cuisine because there is a demand always for it. Many people out of choice do not wish to eat meat so please introduce more vegetarian dishes on the menu.

its a one night stay with the family but we are happy!
Pros:

i like the room quite big for a family of four..its just perhaps can have extra bed when requested..need to have cutlery too. Expecting complimentary soft drinks and snack in a family suite. the building is quite old but the interior seems like upgraded.
i like that they have many board games at the pool and other small activities like badminton, ping pong etc.

Cons:

food at the executive lounge could be upgraded. Japanese restaurant should be upgraded its looks so old. we tried the buffet on Saturday and i don't think the food there worth the price. we requested for complimentary birthday deco for the room but didn't received it maybe they don't get the memo.
