Pros:

Каждый час курсирует маршрутка до торгового центра ioi. Есть детская площадка с водными аттракционами в зоне бассейна.

Cons:

Нет обычной детской площадки на территории снаружи, только детская комната внутри здания. На завтраке может быть многолюдно и плохо убирают на столах, могут подать недомытые столовые приборы.

Worst Experiences - not up to the standard
Pros:

the overall experiences is bad and i have wrote the feedback on their Marriott Survey and in the end i only got the surface reply from Hema to close the feedback. (in summary she wrote "will escalate your feedback to top management, thank you for choosing to stay with us").

In the summarize, the hotel staff is ignorance, in order for them to have quick check-in, they are skip a lot of personalization or basic things i.e. not even offering luggage assistance to room, not even offering like room upgrade (as a gold elite), not even inform me which lift is to guest room (as i first time visit Putrajaya Marriott) and upon check-out - never asked about the stay experience and even not issue me an invoice/ or offering whether prefer hard copy or soft copy (just tick the box to complete task).

Breakfast experience = most of the waiter/waitress passby and ignored my table to clear the dirty plate till i need to called them numerous times to clear it!

Call Centre = request some extra water bottle and in the end of the call with the rude manner replied "is there anything else?" and i was like? am i staying at 5 stars hotel or budget hotel?

Pool Attendance: i wanted to order some drinks and snacks at the pool while swimming and forgotten to bring my wallet down, they insisted unable to charge to my room due to my room has no deposit which i understand and the way they responded me like going to fight with me (i assume is not local staff).

Car Park = is superb out dated facilities and look super old, there is no pathway to bring up the luggage and need to carry from staircase, it is so inconvenient for family or elderly to carry up to elavator area.

Pros:

Definitely not up to the standard - checkin & checkout smooth Inspite of early morning hours - breakfast rather disappointing - maintenance of room / hotel not very qualified end (aging facility) and toilet very smelly - room very noisy (can hear a lot of noise from outdoors motorcycles) - overall disappointing stay

Great place for family staycation
Pros:

This hotel is one of our family’s all-time favorites. The environment, facilities, and overall style make you feel comfortable and relaxed, especially when traveling with family—even in a larger group.

Despite a few minor hiccups, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, particularly at the Club Lounge. I’d especially like to highlight Ammar and Florenika, they have been incredibly welcoming and supportive every time we stay, always making us feel at home and helping us forget any issues along the way.

I also want to mention Christopher at Zest. He has an amazing talent and delivers outstanding hospitality, even under pressure. He never fails to remain friendly and attentive and …….. his special drinks are truly impressive.

Pros:

Food, location, facilities, and quite close to the IOI Mall. The water park for kids is superb.

Cons:

1. Sauna was closed. I am sure it is permanently closed due to lack of maintenance.
2. Food during breakfast in the Executive Lounge has not so much variety.
