Superb value for money stay.

The bed so cosy. The in-room dining superb.
Had my 1st day sahur around 5am at restaurant. The breakfast crew was so friendly and welcoming although it was early in the morning.
Checking-in and out is easy and fast.

لم تعجبني نظافة دورة المياة وتبدو انها قديمة جدا يوجد ترسب للكلس في ارضية مسبح الحمام، لم يتم تغيير المساند الورقية للأكواب الموجودة بداخل دورة المياة، كما يوجد تآكل في الجدار عند باب دورة المياة، وكذلك مقبض باب دورة المياة يحتاج للتتغير (صور مرفقة)

Perfect Chinese New Year Stay – Suite Upgrade and Superb Hospitality
Pros:

We stayed at Marriott Putrajaya for 7 nights during the Chinese New Year period, and the experience exceeded expectations.

As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite. The suite was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making the extended stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping standards were consistent throughout the week.

There was a minor maintenance issue during the stay, but it was handled promptly and professionally by the handyman. The response time was quick, and the matter was resolved efficiently without disruption.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different preferences, with good rotation across the days. Quality and replenishment were well managed even during the festive peak period.

The Executive Lounge was excellent. Service was attentive, consistent, and genuinely welcoming. The lounge team delivered a high standard of hospitality throughout the stay.

Front desk staff were helpful and responsive, especially during check-in and any follow-up requests.

Overall, a strong and well-managed property for both short and extended stays. I would return again.
