Etwas Abseits von der Stadt. Aber mit dem Bus ist man in 25 Minuten in der City. Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Pros:

The staff is excellent—not at all rude like at other hotels, and always ready to help.

Cons:

I really liked how clean everything was—having stayed in London hotels, I have a basis for comparison. I enjoyed the sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi; everything was spotless and didn't smell strongly of chlorine. All in all, it was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great location, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location for Prestonpans (I went for the Scottish half marathon) and convenient 7 min train away into central Edinburgh too.
The room was great, very comfortable, the hotel is unassuming in the midst of a residential area but quiet and idyllic, with a nice sized pool and a hot tub to boot!

Cons:

Wasn't clear that getting a massage would need a booking weeks in advance. The prices looked great too, so sad to miss out.

Convenient hotel on the outskirts of Edinburgh
Pros:

Everywhere was booked up in Edinburgh so this was the least expensive option, even if we had to pay over the odds to stay here. The hotel is a little tired. The rooms were comfortable and the staff pleasant.

Para escapar a Edimburgo
Pros:

El personal fue muy atencioso y educado, el desayuno era simple pero todo estaba muy bueno y fresco y la limpieza del hotel está en muy alto nivel. Nos gustó mucho.
