J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 2-5 avril sans problème et je suis retournée chez moi. Sauf que le samedi qui suit,j’ai constaté un prélèvement de 400 $ sur mon compte qui a été déduit le 7 avril. J’appelle l’hôtel sans réponse donc je laisse un message. Aujourd’hui, je réussis à les joindre et j’apprends que j’aurais comme par enchantement « brisé une télé », je croyais rêver. Et la réceptionniste lorsqu’elle a entendu mon nom a commencé à rigoler et a ensuite dit c’est pour la télé brisée. Je tombais vraiment de dix étages. Je lui ai dit vouloir parler au responsable mais elle m’a fait savoir qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire et que je devais rappeler demain. J’ai laissé un courriel pour me plaindre et j’exige mon argent d’autant plus que je n’ai brisé aucune télé. Et ont-ils le droit de me prélever autant d’argent sans même me laisser savoir que j’ai soi-disant brisé une télé ?

Cons:

While I understand that older hotels may show some wear, the lack of basic hygiene at this establishment is unacceptable. Upon checking into my double room, I discovered both beds were covered in food crumbs and debris under the blankets—a clear sign that the linens had not been changed from the previous guest. When I alerted the receptionist, his first response was to ask if I had caused the mess myself, which was incredibly insulting. Though I was eventually moved to another room, I felt so uncomfortable that I chose to sleep on the sofa rather than use the beds. I stayed only because it was late at night, but I will not be returning.

Petit déjeuner et service à l’accueil.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer. Il semblait y avoir du papier de toilette déjà utilisé, la salle de bain aurait pu être mieux nettoyée, et le canapé dans la chambre paraissait très sale. On remarque aussi plusieurs défauts d’entretien : peinture écaillée à certains endroits, ainsi que des traces d’eau au bas de la porte du garde-robe. La chambre était extrêmement bruyante. La toilette et la douche font beaucoup de bruit, et on entend les voisins ainsi que toute la tuyauterie des chambres voisines, surtout depuis la salle de bain. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Les portes de chambre claquent fort (aucun ralentisseur), la climatisation est très bruyante, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. J’ai très mal dormi. La piscine extérieure n’était pas fonctionnelle (ce qui peut se comprendre en avril), mais le contour de la piscine semble très désagréable pour marcher pieds nus.

I wish to go back there specially for the gym and amazing breakfast

The customer service was well good,the breakfast was excellent, the gym was one of the top in Gatineau. I wish next trip in Gatineau I will go there. I require the friends to go there once there are on trip in Gatineau
