Pros:

Martin a offert un très bon service à la clientèle et je vais revenir à cet hôtel à cause de son bon service qui a réparé les piètres services du gérant la veille lors de notre arrivée.

Cons:

Le gérant Branco offre un très mauvais service à la clientèle. On est arrivé pour le check-in à 16h00 et la chambre n'était pas prête alors qu'il y avait d'autres chambres qu'il aurait pu nous donner. Il s'est montré très condescendant!

Des trucs normale de standard aurais du etre correct.
Pros:

Personnel courtois. Petit dejeuner inclus.

Cons:

J'ai des photos , le filtre de lair climatisé avais 5 pouces de degeulasserie, poussiere etc accumulé, ces degeulasse ces lair quon respire... Je les vue car il etait a moitier tomber en dessous donc il a tombé.
De plus le rideaux etais decroché de plusieurs crochet donc incapable de le fermé complètement l. Derniere chose, la bouteille de savon liquide etais completement vide non remplie et jai due appelé la reception car nous avions reserver pour 2 adultes et 1 enfants et il navais que serviettes pour 2 personnes. Ce sont des trucs standard de satisfaction de client.
