Parking shouldn't be a stressful experience. Have an attendant out there to help guests or explain.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I did not like the parking garage. Getting your ticket stamped was not thoroughly explained, so I paid twice to exit the parking garage and still was charged the hotel fee for parking.

Check out time was 12but housekeeping kept coming in open my room door like at 10 so we just left I said something to front desks didn’t like that

Comfortable, convenient and excellent value.
Pros:

The location is convenient for the meeting I was attending and the value for a hotel in Uptown Charlotte.

Cons:

I tried to extend one night at the same price because of inclement weather. The hotel was was near capacity and could not offer me the same rate.
