If only the room was bigger
Pros:

Location great , atmosphere good, room that’s the problem, we had a river view balcony room which wasn’t prepared correctly missing towels , refreshments etc the main problem is it’s too small, it’s really only suitable for single occupancy the wardrobe was tiny nowhere to hang coats etc the bathroom had no storage we were tripping over each other we heard others complaining about the same thing, a real shame because if it was bigger it would have been ok once the arrival problems had been resolved.
The breakfast was fine. Service generally slow but ok . Shame also you have to pay to park your car £50 for 2 nights glad I didn’t stay a week

We stayed here as a treat, but it didn’t feel any more luxurious than a good premier inn.
Pros:

When you arrive the lobby is great and the staff were friendly. The pool was great but kids are only allowed in 10am-6pm.

Cons:

Our room was dirty when we arrived. We had to ask for it to be hoovered as the floor was covered is hair and clumps of dust.

Breakfast was ok. Felt like they needed a few more options. The pastries/croissants were pretty poor. There is no option to have eggs cooked for you. No fried eggs or boiled eggs, just scrambled. No pancakes/waffles/muffins.

The tea at breakfast is served from a big jug rather than individual tea bags you can choose. Didn’t feel very luxurious.
