Alex at the Graduate hotel Fantastic
Pros:

The Graduate Hotel in Cambridge is always a comfortable stay.

One of the major reasons for this is the fantastic performance of Alexzander’Head of the Reception Team. He is always polite and super efficient and always goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is as good as it can be.

The Resto food is good but starter & dessert portion are a little small.

Hotel side very good- dining could be better

Lovely comfortable bedroom and pool/sauna facilities. Great location on the river.

Cons:

Poor service in the Garden House for afternoon tea and overcharged. Restaurant service could definitely be improved.
