A successful couple of days’ stay About to return very soon and looking forward to it

Good selection comfortably presented and excellent staff
Location and outlook pleasant
Car parking was straightforward
Balcony and chairs made for a pleasant private spot

Cons:

Aware of a boiler/water noise at times especially close to midnight which thankfully became more intermittent and less noticeable

Perfect hotel on the river, with the most attentive staff I've ever experienced
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are exceptional - every single one was attentive, polite and kind. From reception, to the leisure area, to the bar and the room cleaning staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others. The singer on Friday night in the bar was also brilliant. My son and I had the perfect stay here. Thank you

Very enjoyable one night stay within easy walking distance of everything.
Pros:

Large comfortable room overlooking the river. Very comfortable bed with lovely feather pillows. Excellent location in the centre of Cambridge.

The staff were great and the location was superb

Cons:

I didn’t find the beds that comfortable and the access to the pool was ltd if you have children. Parking was expensive when you already pay a lot for the rooms.
