Es hat uns eigentlich sehr gut gefallen nur leider haben wir immer noch nicht unsere vorgemerkte Zahlung auf unserem Konto wieder zurück, obwohl die Bezahlung des Hotels schon abgeschlossen ist. Das ist leider sehr ärgerlich.

Loved the location and being on the river
Pros:

The location and view of the river. The decor was interesting and a bit different to the usual. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The door glass door leading to the outside balcony was smeared and pretty dirty. Very noticeable in the afternoon light.

Pros:

The location is perfect. Easy to access, beautiful view of the river with seating to watch the punting and boating. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms and facilities are excellent.

A pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location on the river . The bar area for morning coffee and evening meals and snacks and the garden .

Cons:

For me I didn’t like the fact that it was difficult to get synthetic non feather pillows and duvet which I had requested.

Enjoyable I would stay there again.
Pros:

The property location was great. The quirkiness of the decor was great. The staff were helpful and friendly.
There was a great outdoor seating area to sit and relax.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was quite dark. The size of the balcony was very small only room for one chair for a room with two people, which was disappointing. So you need to check with the hotel that the balcony can seat 2.
Some of the surface areas were glass so you could see smears from cleaning which didn’t look great. The swimming pool area was small not quite what expected from the photos and very hot.
