Pros:

Our stay was exceptional. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service and the beautiful garden by the river, which creates a wonderful atmosphere.

We would like to give a special thanks to Marina at the front desk. Her professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to details were top-notch. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Also, a special mention to Igor, whom we met at the parking lot as we were leaving. He was incredibly friendly and kind, wishing us a safe and pleasant journey. It was the perfect final touch to our trip.

We highly recommend this place!

Pros:

Excellent location just in the heart of the city, beautiful design and tasty breakfast.

Cons:

The double beds were on the smaller side, and there were no slippers or a vanity kit in the room. The breakfast was of very good quality, though the selection could have been more extensive.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel on the river. Everything is wonderful from the staff to the decor to the sunny restaurant on the riverside. I would only ever stay here when I visit Cambridge

Great location, but we would not return, despite lovely staff.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean.

Cons:

We stayed for four nights in a suite. There was nowhere, absolutely nowhere for clothing (eg underwear) other than the bedside cabinet containing one small shelf. This meant we had to scrabble about kneeling on the floor to find clean clothing. Tricky for us OAPs. Any drawers in desks or bathroom cabinets were rendered unopenable.
The settee and chair were uncomfortable.
