Cons:

Pool was not renovated, option to go to next door hotel not really a good option.
Only informed 3 days before arrival of the situation
On booking all renovations were to have been completed by our arrival

Perfect

The room is set up well to place suit cases and hanging clothes. It also had a small kitchen.

Good hotel, with renovated parts being superb - but expect a long walk to find your room!
Pros:

Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Room was a generous size, and the lounge area by the fire was a fabulous place to relax and meet friends.

Cons:

The hotel is partway through being renovated, with large machinery outside. Location of the rooms was hard to fathom, with inadequate signage - we passed a number of people who were really struggling to find the way to their room.

A nice but expensive hotel and one of the Rocky Mountaineer early morning pick up points.
Pros:

Just an overnight stay before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer, adequate but not long enough to really evaluate. There were restaurants a short walk away but beware some require advance booking. It was walking distance from the railway station and the Avis drop off office. A very friendly Rocky Mountaineer representative was present to provide our information pack and answer questions.

Cons:

The hotel is enormous and it was a long walk to our room so if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. The room wasn't very big but adequate with a nice bathroom.

We loved our stay in Jasper! Would definitely come back.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Even though there was construction work happening around the building it did not impact us in any way.

Cons:

A bit of a long walk from the lift to our room, but not too inconvenient.

Pros:

The hotel is quite new after major renovations. The facilities in the room are new and quite functional. It is located at the end of the Main Street so it’s quieter.

Cons:

No restaurant and laundry on site at the moment. The signage to the parking lot is not very clear from the street.

La pulizia, scadente.Vedi foto del sistema aspirazione e ricambio aria ubicato nel bagno, che mi ha creato tra le altre cose una forte allergia.

Disorganizzazione nell' organizzazione colazioni, essendo una parte della struttura in ristrutturazione; le colazioni sono da effettuarsi in altre strutture diciamo "non proprio vicine".

Had to carry luggage up the stairs from outside. Past a pool that's shut down. Facilities not complete as I was told. Nobody offered to help with luggage. Overpriced. Staff didn't seem to care except for the money . View out room is of construction workers temp housing .

For us, it was fine, somewhere to get our heads down on our journey. It doesn’t look like there is much more to do build

Because of renovations and building work , no restaurant or bar facilities in actual building…. but we knew that when booking. Eating facilities were provided over the road at The Marmott.

Für eine Nacht sehr gut.
Pros:

Neu umgebaut, sehr schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Nur ein Fenster mit Sicht auf den Pool. Hat uns gar nicht gefallen und würden wir nicht empfehlen.
