We were advised of the incomplete building work but to late to book anywhere else

Lovely hotel room, just disappointed hotel not as promised to be finished as per booking for July 26
Pros:

Booked hotel months in advance when the booking stated that hotel improvements would be finished by end of June 2026. Arrived and only hotel ready, no restaurant but staff happy to share nearby partners

Sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel. Das Zimmer hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Als wir dort waren, war das halbe Hotel eine Baustelle, weshalb Pool und andere Einrichtungen nicht nutzbar waren. Wenigstens haben wir einen 10% Nachlass bekommen. Die Lage ist ganz ok, aber doch am Ende der Stadt.

Pros:

Struttura pulita; letto comodo e stanza molto grande; posizione ottima per andare a piedi in 15 minuti nel centro di Jasper; posteggio per la macchina

Cons:

Molto rumore di notte a causa del condizionatore in corridoio.
Inoltre ci era stato comunicato uno sconto a causa dei disservizi per la ristrutturazione (da applicare al check out) ma non è mai stato applicato.

Pros:

Location a bit far from townsite. It would have been fine if we had a car.

Cons:

Need a mirror in the room. Sink was very high for short people. Shower floor was very slippery - so easy to fall. Needs a mat or some grip material on the floor.

La perle de japser
Pros:

Hotel avec chambre moderne ( noud avions une chambre alpine ), tres bien rénové et super confortable
Chambre calme
Parking gratuit et grand
Ville accessible en 15 minutes a pied et plusieurs bons resto tout proche

Cons:

Une partie de l'hôtel était en rénovation et nous n'avons donc pas pu accéder a toutes les commodités

Sehr angenehmes Zimmer. Bequeme Betten, das neu renovierte Badezimmer mit der schönen Dusche haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir den schönen Balkon aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten nicht nutzen. Auch Lobby, Aufenthaltsraum, Frühstücksraum, Pool umd Sauna waren deshalb geschlossen. Durch diese Einschränkungen hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider nicht gestimmt.

Die Beleuchtung abends hat verhindert, dass man abends von der Terrasse die Sterne anschauen kann, obwohl es ein Lichtschutzgebiet ist.
