The pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness centre, and laundry facilities are currently closed. Guests may enjoy the pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge. Spa Jasper is located at Chateau Jasper; please visit the Spa Jasper website for updates.

Please note: Due to elevator outages, Woodland Wing rooms are accessible by stairs only during renovations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Hotel is brand new. Lovely room with kitchen and balcony. Could use the pool and hot tub in the hotel next door. 15 walk to the town

Cons:

Construction still going on. Kitchen didn't have everything we needed (eg tea towels, oven gloves)

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff was amazing! You could tell that they really took pride in the hotel. It was very clean, all beds comfortable. Beautiful location.

Pros:

Chambre confortable

Cons:

Hotel, en travaux, la réduction de 10 % par rapport aux dérangement trop faible. Pas d’ascenseur, pas d’accès direct à la chambre depuis le parking. Pas d’accès à la salle de Fitness ni à la piscine.

リノベーションが完了したか確認すべし
Pros:

部屋は新しく快適でした。

Cons:

予約した時は6月末にリノベーションが完了とのことで7月の宿泊を予約したが、宿泊3日前にメールが来て、リノベーションはlate fallまで続くとのことで裏切られた。レストランもなければ、サウナ、プール、ホットタブは隣のホテルのを使えとのことだが、古くて、Forest Park Hotelの価格に見合っていない。

Nicely renovated rooms, very comfortable

Cons:

As many have said, the current renovation/construction project means very challenging to get to rooms in Woodland wing, without elevators, and very circuitous maze to find your way around. But will be lovely when complete, and 10% credit for inconvenience helps

Very disappointed. I got email saying i would get 10% off stay as renovations was not enough. It wasn’t a hotel experien

The room was newly renovated and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t feel like i was staying in a hotel. Had to enter via a hideous stairwell and lift my luggage to the 3rd floor. Our shower leaked and we had a pool of water appear on floor of our hall . They came to repair leak and see the photo below is how they left it.

Disappointed- not 4 stars
Pros:

If you have a room booked during construction, find a different hotel. The construction was supposed to be done in June, it is not. The building has no elevator and we are ob the 3rd floor. Not to mention the chemical smell in the hall that is now in our room! At close to $500 a night for a "4 star" hotel. I am completely disappointed.
