Why here?
Pros:

On the tour travelled to Jasper. The entire group of 31 were shocked. The hotel was undergoing major renovations. To find our rooms we had to take an elevator up ONE FLOOR. Then we proceed through a maze of hallways to different buildings. Next WE HAD TO WALK UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, to arrive on the floor where our room was. We were booked here for two night. It was infuriating, there was no restaurant at this hotel so we HAD TO WALK 7-8 MINUTES TO ANOTHER HOTEL for breakfast. The hotel put us in a bare room got a mediocre breakfast. I was so disappointed. We booked what we thought was a superior tour. This did not meet the standards of what I editor the price of the tour. I cannot understand why we were booked here!
This entire stay was extremely disappointing.

Goed en fijn hotel

Mooi hotel , kamer was uitgerust met een kitchinette, en ruim opgezet en dat was erg fijn. Bedden waren heel goed. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Pros:

Das Hotel wird zur Zeit renoviert, insofern mussten wir mit einigen Improvisationen leben. Unser Zimmer konnten wir nur durch ellenlange Gänge und über eine Treppe erreichen (dafür gab es aber einen Rabatt auf den Zimmerpreis). Unser Zimmer war ganz neu renoviert, da gibt es nichts zu meckern.
Wenn alles fertig ist, wird es ein sehr schönes, aber auch großes Hotel sein.
Wir hatten die Befürchtung, dass es zu Baulärm kommen könnte, aber die Baustelle hat tatsächlich nicht gestört.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Renovierung konnte man den Pool des Nachbarhotels nutzen, was wir aber nicht getan habem. Die Wege im Hotel waren schon sehr lang und für einen Besuch im Pool wäre dann wahrscheinlich 10 Minuten Wegezeit angefallen.

Pros:

מלון בשיפוץ לכן הגישה לחדרים היתה פחות נוחה, וחלק מהשירותים ניתן היה לקבל במלון הסמוך.קיבלנו בתחילה חדר בקומה 3 שיש צורך בעליית קומה במדרגות, ביקשנו מהצוות לשנות חדר והם עזרו מאד והיו מאד נחמדים.
החדר עצמו נעים ונקי, המלון ממוקם בקצה של ג׳ספר . בקרבתו יש סטארבקס.
חנייה בשפע.

השיפוץ של המלון גרם לכך שחלק מהשירותים לא היו זמינים אצלו אלא רק במלון ליד.

Shame about no pool facilities but nice enough.
Pros:

Sadly trip advisor only has average or very good. I’d say this place was a Good.

Pros: Good location, useful parking on site. Nice size rooms, nice views, good climate control in the rooms. Fridge, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Good size shower room. Clean. Comfy beds.

Cons: Pool and jacuzzi was not available or finished. We were offered another hotel’s facilities but after long days travelling and exploring the last thing we wanted to do was traipse across a car park and a road. Staff were nice enough and refunded 10%. It could have done with being a little more however for comparison stays with no leisure facilities or restaurants.
Also, on arrival our rooms smelt of fried food. We believe it was coming from a restaurant over the road.
Apart from these issues it was a nice enough stay. There is a Starbucks within a few yards. The town is a short walk down the road.

Gute Lage, in Renovierung und schlechtes Personal

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich und überfordert. Nach wie vor wird renoviert sprich kein Pool, keine Sauna und ewig lange Wege zum Zimmer. Kein Frühstück. Bad Türklinke klemmt, Klimaanlage im Flur eine Katastrophe
