The pool, hot tub, steam room, Spa Jasper, laundry, Walter’s dining room & Hearthstone lounge will be closed from October 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026. During this period, Guests can use the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge, and Spa Jasper will reopen at Chateau Jasper.

Nice room
Pros:

Stayed in newly renovated section, it was lovely

Cons:

Can hear everything in the hallway, and a bit through the walls. But not too noisy overall compared to many places we've stayed at. Lots of parking and pretty convenient (not too far out of town).

Cozy hotel in Jasper
Pros:

The rooms are newly renovated. Everything looks new and very clean. Room design and furniture are well-thought-out.

Cons:

Ongoing construction can get a bit noisy. Almost all the facilities are not on-site until renovation is over. Check in area is a bit far from our room too.

I have stayed here many times and its beds are confortable.

Cons:

my last stay was during renovations. Lobby was not in usual area and my room where I was placed, I had to move due to the sawdust smell.
