The pool, hot tub, steam room, Spa Jasper, laundry, Walter’s dining room & Hearthstone lounge will be closed from October 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026. During this period, Guests can use the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge, and Spa Jasper will reopen at Chateau Jasper.

Modern, fresh and a stand out in Jasper accommodation.
Pros:

Room was super comfy and recently renovated. Bathroom was large and had a real shower. Decor was modern throughout. Marmot Basin shuttle pick up at front door.

Loved our stay! Everything was amazing and I loved the design of the hotel & rooms
Pros:

We loved our stay! Check-in was super smooth and easy and our room was lovely. Although it was close to the constructions that were going on it was fine and we didn’t hear too much of it.
The facilities and hotel are all completely renovated, modern and stylish, and the interior & exterior of the hotel have bit of a cabin vibe going on which is perfectly fitting to Jasper NP.
Lots of parking options as well!

Lovely atay with a room that has everything
Pros:

Everything has been thoughtfully considered. Enough space, comfortable, excellent staff, cooking facilities … it really has been the perfect place for my trip.

Cons:

Unfortunately facilities like the pool and laundry aren’t quite finished yet so needed to use the facilities in the next hotel. A minor thing really.

Looking for a new chapter
Pros:

This room was in a recently renovated section of the building that is still 70% under construction. Unfortunately, I made reservation in August and was only told about upcoming renovations in October. It was a bit too late to make a change as JJO brings 400+ athletes to town and all hotels are sold out for the weekend. We are still looking forward to the new and fully renovated Forest Park. It is going to be a great addition to hotel landscape in Jasper.

Cons:

Limited facilities and they could've offered discounts to people who booked far in advance.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, small kitchen worked well for our purposes, I really liked the sliding doors, we were on the main floor and it made access for loading and unloading super convenient. Staff was accommodating when we requested more coffee pods etc.
