Die Lage ist sehr gut
Der Preis passt, es gab sogar ein Getränk aufs Haus

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, der Pflege Zustand lässt zu wünschen übrig
Die Matratze ist sowas von durch....das geht gar nicht
Die Reinigung des Bades lässt zu wünschen übrig
Allgemein Zustand mittelmäßig

Im Nachhinein wurde wir durch eine kulante Regelung angenehm überrascht.
Pros:

Die vorgebrachte Reklamation wurde im Nachhinein sehr Kulant geregelt.

Cons:

Ein Mangel an den sanitären Einrichtungen konnte leider nicht zeitnah (während unseres Aufenthaltes) erledigt werden

Komme aber wegen Wasserfall und der Lage wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, Blick auf die Stadt Burg und höchste Ziegelstein Kirche in der Welt.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung ist veraltet, beim Ersten Besuch war die Dusche verstopft, beim Zweiten Duschkopf abgebrochen lag daneben.

Cons:

In den Zimmern ab Nummer 35 ist es viel zu laut. Diese liegen genau gegenüber der Staustufe an der Isar.
Das herabstürzenden Wasser entwickelt eine enorme Lautstärke. Fenster öffnen über Nacht war nicht möglich. Das schlafen mit der Klimaanlage. Sehr unangenehm.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch der Altstadt

Cons:

Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten eine ausgebroche Zimmertür und Schäden die nur funktional repariert wurden. Richtig übel ist mir der Zustand der Sanitäranlage in der Lobby aufgestoßen. Da kommt der Reinigungsservice nicht so oft vorbei.

Nicht Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage waren gut.

Cons:

Bei unser Ankunft war unser Balkon sehr schmutzig. Vogelmist, Spinnweben. schmutziger Fußboden, Toilettenbecken war schmutzig. Die Damen an der Reception unfreundlich, " Und was wollen Sie jetzt noch genau" ?

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt,leider auch dreckig.
Zimmerreinigung ist garnicht gekommen an allen drei Tagen nicht somit auch keine Erneuerung von Handtüchern oder WC-Papier.

Hier werde ich nicht mehr Buchen.
Personal war allerdings Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
