Pros:

For emergency accommodation for the night it was good value for money...
The room, beding & towels were fresh & clean though the room did smell a little musty, when we entered it.
The carpet was very tired & had cleaning stains on it but was clean, walked around bear foot without a problem. Has a kettle, tea & coffee & a walk mounted TV.
The bed was very comfortable & we slept well.
1 pillow each but there were more pillows in the wardrobe if needed.
Large bath towels, good shower & body wash.
We had breakfast in our booking. The food was fresh & hot, continental breakfast also, fresh juice & coffee etc.
Staff were helpful & cheerful.
Reminded me of an American Motel, as the reception & breakfast area is separate from the accommodation.
Too be honest I'm


I would stay here again if I was in Coventry.

Great service, great value for money, lovely bathroom.
Pros:

The accommodation was so much better than we expected. New bathroom was great. The staff were very kind, polite and helpful. It was perfect for what we wanted with best value for money.

Cons:

Would have been even better if the carpets had been renewed. :)

Pros:

It's a great place to stay, rooms very good for price, great that the rooms on the back face on to a gated area, so I like coming here when I am in the area with my grand child and dog. Staff are usually lovely, polite and very helpful.

Cons:

It was great to have had a bit of a update in last few years and I like that the gates on entrance are up and usually set to closed as makes you feel safe. But the gate was open all during the day into the night this time so didn't feel as safe as you do need to turn a blind eye to what goes on in a few of the rooms but they do seem to allocate you rooms away from this very obvious activity

Excellent in all the places a hotel needs to be
Pros:

Reception / breakfast area was lovely. Staff were absolutely amazing. Man checking us in was super lovely as well as being efficient and informative. Lady on reception in morning was really helpful and also whizzing round helping with breakfast. Breakfast was good. Beds were super comfortable and shower was great.

Cons:

We had a family room which was located in the eves of the hotel; based up near the staff areas. Wife and child described it as; a bit creepy!
The decor was a little tired, no extractor in bathroom so bit of mould observed and looked like bleach had been spilled on the carpet in little patches. Skylight windows had heaps of cobwebs in the mechanism - which for a spider phobe would be concerning.

Their helpfulness put them streets above other hotel chains in the area. Thank you.
Pros:

The staff. The hotel was welcoming whereas others in the area were not. There was a problem with ID and the hotel went out of their way to solve our problem - something that 5 other hotels in the area didn't. Nothing was too much trouble and our check in was near midnight! Thank you to the person on reception who took the booking that night. Life saver.

Great stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect surrounded by trees and wildlife which helped to hide the sound traffic, being able to pack right outside the room was great and the staff where very welcoming and very professional,

Cons:

There's only two things that I didn't like that was the pillows were way to soft and I had to use all 4 to get comfortable ,the lighting in the room could be better by having a central light in the ceiling and a better design of bedside lights
