Would stay again :)
Pros:

Stayed 1 night with daughter. Twin Room. Staff incredibly friendly and happy to help /advise. Room was clean. Beds clean & comfortable. Facilities fine. TV has basic channels, but to be fair, we don't really watch alot of tv, so it wasnt an issue. Slept really well. Spare pillows in room available. Heater worked perfectly and shower was hot /powerful. We ate in the restaurant/lounge area in the evening - limited menu, but what we had was well cooked and tasted fine. Considering it is a budget hotel, we found it more than sufficed and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Cons:

Personal preference, but after a long journey a mug would be preferable in the room rather than a small cup, but honestly we didn't have anything to complain about!

Basic Accommodation But requires better cleaning job
Pros:

The breakfast was good
Secured car park was good

Cons:

The room was not cleaned, esp the toilets and sink were dirty with hairs.
The mattress had used tissues under it
Empty handwash and shower gel bottles
The receptionist could do better by welcoming the guests

Practical, comfortable and kind.
Pros:

I had one of the nicest staff members from a hotel. She noted I was nervous as a solo traveller and told me exactly how to contact her should I have any concerns. She made me a delicious dinner, told me how to traverse the local area and was overall kind. The cleaning staff did a great job, the parking was very convienient and the location was perfect for work.

Cons:

The bathroom could have had a few more towels. (But I have very long hair so this is more a me thing)
