Wunderschöner Ort, mit vielen Möglichkeiten.
Pros:

Viele Möglichkeiten, den Tag zu gestalten. Sehr schöner Strand. Wunderbare Lage.

Cons:

Das Geld von Booking.com war bei Ankunft nicht dem Hotel gutgeschrieben. Das gab Probleme.

We always enjoy the ambience and food at White Point. We like the serenity which allows for sleep.
Pros:

We enjoyed the food and the view from our roo, although we weren’t on the beach.

Cons:

It took up to 3 minutes to get hot water in the room. Also , the mini split didn’t seem to be giving heat.

Pros:

Overall, we loved the resort and would consider returning, but I hope this feedback (below) helps improve the booking experience for others.

Cons:

I booked our stay online several months in advance. At the time of booking, the only option available was a lakeside cottage, and I indicated that there would be three adults staying.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were assigned a very small cottage that was not comfortable for three adults. The sofa bed was especially uncomfortable, making it difficult for everyone to get a good night's sleep.

I asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a larger cottage and was willing to pay the difference, but I was told that nothing was available. What I found frustrating was that we paid the same rate as guests staying in much larger lakeside cottages with higher occupancy, yet ended up in a much smaller unit.

At that point, the extra cost wasn't my main concern—I simply wanted a comfortable space where we could relax and enjoy our vacation.

My suggestion would be for the booking system to clearly specify which cottage guests are reserving before arrival. Since all of the lakeside cottages appear to be priced the same despite having different sizes and occupancy capacities, it's difficult to know what you're actually booking.

Overall, I was disappointed with the accommodation, as it did not meet our expectations for a stay with three adults.

So much for the kids to do, the beach was incredible and clean.
