Pros:

Loved the beach and main building. The amenities are great! The pool and games room were wonderful too.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired. Maybe a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise great!
There was a lot of sand on the floor when we arrived.

Underwhelmed

Cons:

Totally disappointed with our stay here. We were so looking forward to it, but it left us underwhelmed.

The room in my opinion was a hut, it was ok relatively comfortable and clean, but the massive downside was that we had an ajoining room which was hell.

We could hear literally everything our noisy neighbours did literally all night, from talking, to arguing to having sex. I think the noise actually stopped at 5am even though we had complained to reception a couple of times.

Why they decided to give us an ajoining room I don’t understand.

The location of the resort was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful although when we checked out we were not asked how our stay was, which was a shame as we could have explained it face to face.

The food was ok, but all in all I would struggle to recommend people visit this place.

Pros:

The kids loved the pool and the bunnies. I had mentioned it was my daughter's birthday and they did leave her a card in the room with stickers.

Cons:

We had booked a sea view room and we're put in one of the 4 unit buildings facing the estuary not the ocean, so the whole family was disappointed by that. The food was sub par. What you wouod expect from a dinner. I ordered the large Ceasar salad, it was pretty small and clearly every item of it came from a supply company pre-made bag. the kids meals were $17 and less than what you would expect from an $8 kids menu anywhere else.

The bathroom in our room was very small. Like having to move to the side of the toilet to open the door small.

Sehr schön gelegenes Resort
Pros:

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf's Wasser. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Nachtessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, das Frühstück ausserordentlich reichhaltig.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und fröhlich.

Best place to spend your anniversary!

I loved everything. Always do when we come.

Cons:

Only thing I Was upset about was our fire place didn't work in our Glome. However, Ethan at the front desk went above and beyond to make the situation better. He, personally delivered a beautiful bottle of Nova 7 and a plate of amazing deserts to us. I couldn't have been happier. You guys are always going above and beyond and I don't want it to go unnoticed.

Bit of a stretch to call this property a resort.
Pros:

Nice lounge area in main building

Cons:

Promised "water view" was half a km away thru trees and rooftops. Room smelled of spilled stale coffee that was not cleaned up near coffee maker. Dirty walls, taco chips on floor by bed ,walls and door frames chipped and dirty. Had to go to bar to ask waitress for another drink after dinner
