Location facilities
Staff member who booked us in "Paul" suggested for 20 minutes there was "no booking" then proceed to pretend he had to get the information from "booking.com" then gave us keys for incorrect room types and again suggested that's what's on "booking.com" ruiunig an otherwise perfect stay, all other staff exceptionally professional.

Nice big hotel, very friendly staff. Nice location, quite area with good facilities and 20min bus ride to city centre from in front of the hotel
Some areas would need a bit of refreshment and would had been nice to have a minibar in room .
Good customer service
The a/c wasn’t working, there was a loud generator on outside the window, and it was that hot in the room that I couldn’t sleep all night. It’s like the heating was on

It’s a beautiful property it’s ashame it has been let down by the owner due to it being sold and closing down at the end of July. Had we known this we would have booked another hotel.
For a start PAUL,at the reception , gave an outstanding service with a superior room full of extras.
The bed gave us a very relax night and the location was quite and perfect.

Good sized room. Comfortable bed and great shower. Ideal location for us attending a wedding at a nearby venue.
Good range of options for breakfast and breakfast times gave plenty of time to fit it around your day.
The air conditioning did struggle to meep the room cool. Also the noise from some work being done in the hotel at 7:30am might not be ideal for all guests.
