Would have been amazing if we had a different room and was not woke up on our relaxing break at 6am till we left
Pros:

Great food and helpful staff living room.

Cons:

Being put on the last room attached to the spa, from 6am all we heard was bang with the door opening and closing and shaking the room

Outstanding Service That Made Our Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Peterborough West. From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service in the restaurant.

We arrived quite late at 9:50pm, just 10 minutes before the restaurant was due to close at 10pm. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond for us - they were incredibly kind and didn’t rush us at all, even keeping the kitchen open so we could enjoy a proper meal after our journey. That level of care and flexibility made a huge difference and was truly appreciated.

The food was great, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff were genuinely amazing. It turned what could have been a stressful late arrival into a really pleasant experience.

Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Not Good Customer Service, Awful
Pros:

I went for chess tournament, 14-25 March British Rapidplay Championship. Staff were not trained enough to deal with about 450 people on site. They were bored or not interested in their jobs and not enough food supply on buffey. They should not charge for buffey when there are no food left or at lest tell us about shortage of food. 14th MArch Morning when asked for tea and coffee for the room, the receptionist just throw a handful of packs on the front desk and got back in their screen not even on a small paper bag that was super disgusting. I wanted to ask about IHG reward points and downloaded an app recently, she said all in the app there are nothing thet can do!

Cons:

Staff behaviour. Lack of sense of Customer Service. Pretend like they did not notice you or they are in some deep thinking about cost of living.

Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

There was a mixup. They thought I hadn't ordered breakfast at first though they did sort this. I'd seen a lunch deal advertised but it wasn't available and they denied knowledge of it. I paid for crisps, a baguette and a drink but had to petition to get the drink and crisps.

excellent hotel only 10 minutes from town. Room was clean, good AC. Breakfast was great.
