A great hotel with fab breakfast options!
Pros:

We stay here at least once a year for Peterborough Spring or Summer Regatta - excellent location for walking to the rowing lake (via a lovely quiet footpath), nice and quiet in general and always fantastic breakfast options. The pool is also a great bonus after a day of competing!

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of meat and vegetarian options, though I will say I wished the vegan sausages were imitation meat ones rather than bubble and squeak type “sausages” but as most hotels leave vegans out completely I wasn’t complaining! I loved the free swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. They were a perfect wind down after a long day out. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were firm but cosy.

Cons:

The grout (in some areas not all) around the pool was visibly dirty and flaking away. Wasn’t overly thrilled with paying £5 a day for parking on top of £262 for 2 nights but I’d seen it mentioned when I booked the hotel so at least it didn’t come as a surprise on checking out.

Overall my stay was very good.
Pros:

It was clean, relaxing and the staff was very nice the different amenities pool, jacuzzi, steam room sauna and gym.

Cons:
