Excellent, good value hotel close to city centre with amazing staff and customer service.
Pros:

Standard of hotel was excellent - bedroom and public rooms very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were absolutely brilliant - friendly, courteous and concerned for our well-being - at reception, at breakfast, and cleaning staff too.

Excellent - good location for what we needed.
Pros:

All aspects of our stay were very acceptable, with breakfast being very good.

Cons:

We would have appreciated better instructions on how to find the hotel. I requested a map be sent to me by email but was advised that this could not be done and in any event almost everyone had a SatNav! Well, that may be the case but this depends on having a signal which sadly we didn't!
