Have an amazing stay very relaxing bed and great breakfast, all in all a great stay
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and enjoyed using the pool sauna and jacuzzi very relaxing.

Cons:

Parking at hotel being charged through a parking company, if you pay to stay in a hotel think it’s bad extra parking company controls the car park. Very off putting for future stays .

Pros:

The staff were wonderful and very welcoming and accommodating.
I've stayed before so knew it would be good.

Cons:

I struggled to sleep ...
My only issue was the Pillows in the room I personally felt were too high..( even 1 pillow ) under my head didn't quite sit right ..so I didn't get much rest.

Excellent staff, lovely food, comfortable room.
Pros:

From the welcoming staff to the lovely note in our room this hotel is such a delight. The food, breakfast lunch and evening meal were all really good. We had a lovely, large relaxing room but the foyer also has areas that you can chill out in.

Cons:

The price of drinks are very expensive but I expected that in a hotel, there is a pub within a 10 minute walk if that bothers you. The gym and swimming pool are very small and get busy quickly. When I tried to have a swim at 0645 in a Monday morning it was full and I gave up.

Lovely Stay
Pros:

We stayed for one night on 23rd January, as we were attending a show at the Cresset. We had a Dinner, Bed and breakfast package. On arrival we were met by a very smiley professional member of reception staff, who explained meal times etc. the evening meal and indeed the breakfast was very nice, and the range on offer for breakfast was very good. Our room was large with a king sized bed, iron, iron board, complementary soft drinks, tea and coffee facilities, and a large wall mounted smart tv. The only negative is that the room was so so warm, but apart from that we had an excellent stay and the staff were lovely.

Goof for business stays
Pros:

The hotel hasn't changed much since I last stayed in 2014. But it's a consistent holiday inn which is a good safe bet for business travel. Gyms pretty good too.

My only reason for not eating 5 is the lack of gluten free beer and having to ask fo gluten free food at breakfast. Otherwise it's a reliable stay

Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t get much sleep think mattress needs replacing the electric charging
