Excellent place to stay in Bolton. I had a very positive experience here with my wife. Highly recommended.
Great price on parking. Lovely, executive feels room.
Easy to check in, clean room, food was good, large portions.
Underground car park is very small and tight
Price, size of room. One of your colleagues at breakfast couldn't do enough for us (Asian gentleman) sorry didnt get his name but is it a real asset

Everything
Nice and clean
Professional staff
All ok
The staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming
It is quite tired - there was a damp smell in one of the corridors and it generally feels like it needs a refresh.

Had a booking. Was called during the day by the staff asking what time I was arriving. Advised them 9.30pm. They asked if I was there for the football, I wasn't. On my way to the hotel circa 9pm I get another call saying your booking has been cancelled and the only other they could put me up in was in Wigan!! Knowing full well they had occupancy in Manchester. I had signed up to IHG and was promised I would get perks and a guarantee of the room. For them to call me at 9pm on the day of arrival is disgusting service. Leaving me stranded at night and unable to find a hotel!!!
Lovely and clean and quiet plus good food and so close to Bolton town centre walking distance
