je ne peux pas faire de commentaires car nous avons appris la fermeture de l'hotel 2 jours avant notre arrivée et nous avons été rapatriés dans un autre hotel plus loin du centre.

Breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection and low quality. Overall, it’s acceptable for a short stay, but expectations should be kept low, especially regarding breakfast.

Ottima posizione, belle la hall e la sala colazione (buona e abbondante)! Staff gentile.

La camera, un po' spartana per un 4 stelle, però molto comoda, bagno enorme!

Camera ampia e confortevole
Colazione a buffet continentale con tanta scelta tra dolce e salto.
Staff sempre a disposizione cordiale e gentile.
Ampia tv smart per momenti di relax dopo le lunghe camminate nel centro.

Cons:

Il bagno cieco.
La mia camera è risultata confortevole ma si percepiamo i rumori dalla strada dei veicoli che transitano su via Roma.
comunque tutto sopportabile nulla di così fastidioso

Très bien placé, chambres confortables et personnel parfait.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pas à la hauteur. Une seule machine à café pour tout le monde et du mauvais café, du beurre rance immangeable et des confitures vraiment très bas de gamme. Un vrai effort à faire car le reste était parfait. Attention douche TRÈS glissante.

Muy buena elección
Pros:

Lo primero la ubicación, llegas andando al centro y los alrededores están muy bien, destaco también la amabilidad en recepción, habitación limpia, caliente, amplia y súper cómoda.
El desayuno muy rico y completo y por supuesto me encantó que había cannoli.
Acierto total y seguro que en el próximo viaje a Palermo repetiremos.
