Sitio centrico. Servicio correcto. Instalaciones buenas.
The location was very good, in the centre of Leon with easy access to the town's facilities. My wife uses a mobility scooter and the hotel made that easy. Underground car park. Room was large, airy, quiet and cool, the air-conditioning worked well and quietly. Dietary issues were not a problem, with gluten free and dairy free products available for breakfast.
The restaurant, which was not the breakfast room, had difficulty adapting to providing gluten free and dairy free options for evening meals, but the waiter was as helpful as he could be in getting the right information. However, they did provide fresh gluten free bread. Had problems connecting to WiFi, but found the best spot was sitting on the loo!
Excellent location close to the old town sector of León. It was clean and well appointed and the breakfast was good. Sadly there was no room in the underground car park for our two motorcycles and we had to park in a public car park - make sure you reserve a space.

ruhige Lage in der 8. Etage; zentrumsnah, hervorragendes Frühstück.
Duschwanne defekt und nur notdürftig abgedichtet ( Silberfischchen im Bad)
Freundlichkeit des Personals: es kommt auf die Personen an; bei der Ankunft um 14.00 Uhr sehr kühle Behandlung; vermutlich weil ich als Peregrino mit Rucksack eincheckte. Zimmer konnte erst um 15.00 Uhr übernommen werden.
Anderes Personal: zum Teil sehr freundlich zum Teil sehr kühl;
am Frühstücksbuffet ebenso: eine sehr nette freundliche ältere Dame und andererseits eine jüngere Frau, die noch nicht einmal grüßte. Als Chef des Hauses würde ich (wie in meinem Unternehmen) die Mitarbeiter dringend auf allgemeine notwendige Freundlichkeit schulen.

A bit soulless. No facilities really. Could do with a ramp to the front door. Difficult to park to drop off luggage.
