Buenos dias el hotel estaba de reforma. Sorprende ver en el hall de entrada de u 4 estrellas una máquina de vending con una ensalada preparada bebidas como si fuera un supermercado. La verdad que muy poco agradable. Luego los ascensores muy deteriorados. La habitacion era una Suite Deluxe y salvo el tamaño el resto no estaba acorde mobiliario sucio y deteriorado. El baño igual muy viejo. El parking fatal sucio y de muy difícil acceso a las plazas al ser muy pequeño. En general no estaba acorde a un 4 estrellas de la Cadena Barcelo. Saludos.

Un 4 estrellas no puede tener helados a los clientes.

Principalmente la amabilidad de las personas que estaban en la recepción el viernes cuando llegamos y la ubicación es inmejorable.

Deberían renovar o mejorar el funcionamiento programación de los ascensores , por buscar un pero .

Personal atento, amable y muy colaborador

Cons:

Las alfombras están manchadas , entiendo que está en remodelación, pero tengo varios años llegando a este hotel y las alfombras siempre están igual de manchadas… tampoco me gusta que no haya un lugar donde poder tomar una copa o comer algo distinto a el restaurante del PH al que si no tienes reservación no puedes comer y tiene muy pocas mesas
