El hotel está situado en el corazón de León y puedes acceder a todos lados andando. Las camas son muy buenas.
Cuando llegué no quedaban plazas de parking y tuve que irme a un parking publico que está a 2 minutos en coche. Pero nada del otro mundo.
The location was very good, close to the historic town centre. The room was a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle, making our time there much more enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and acted straight away when we had a problem. Excellent breakfast.
There were numerous small problems, some of which were dealt with straight away. A big issue was that wi-fi was weak in the room and the app didn't contain any of the info we needed. We were told the info would be on the hotel channel on the tv but there was no signal on the tv. For the price we paid I would expect the tech to work properly.
Incredibly, every day we were there, our door key didn't work, when arriving back hot and tired. We had to traipse back down to reception to get it working again. Not good enough and very annoying. We had kept the keys on their own, away from our phones, as we know that can cause problems, so what caused this, I have no idea.
On our second day we were shocked out of our skin, when the room phone rang twice within 5 minutes before 7am. We didn't know how to use the phone - a ridiculous design - and when we went down to complain and find out why this had happened, it was blamed on a tour group wake up call but we received no apology. Again, not good enough.

Sucio desayuno no merece la pena pagarlo. Escaso y de mala calidad . Mandamos limpiar mejor la habitación y estaba parecido . Y solo está arreglado las habitaciones donde se come muy viejo
Central location, spacious room.
Bathroom smelled like sewage even after few nights and cleanings, car parking is non existent (always full), shower never gets hot (only mildly warm), water leaks through the whole bathroom after a shower (and no drainage, had to dry it with towels because the whole bathroom was unusable), aircon stuck in cold mode (had to turn if off because it was cold at night).
