We were highly disappointed in this hotel & would not return, nor recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

The online pictures do not represent the actual appearance or conditions of the hotel. It is very outdated, dirty, run down, and to say the least, we were highly disappointed upon arrival. The whole building (inside & out) needs a lot of maintenance & improvement. Some areas of the second floor walkway felt very unsafe in spots. (Soft, bouncy, or sagging.) Plus, its location is the furthest distance away from town requiring more walking than anticipated.

I placed a “please service” sign out when I left for the day. No service happened 2 days in a row. I had to ask the housekeeping staff for towels the second day.

The hotel stay was mediocre
Pros:

When I arrived, the person that checked me in was courteous and pleasant. When I checked in, I was told the lobby was going to close early, but there would be a phone number posted on the door, if I had any problems or concerns. It was a plus to have a microwave oven in the room.

Cons:

The beds were comfortable, but very high, which made it difficult to get into each time. The baseboard in the bathroom was dilapidated. When I went to the lobby to check out at 10:45 a.m., the front door was locked and no one was at the counter. I prefer to be able to talk to a person during morning check out hours.

The room was nice and clean. The jacuzzi tub was a added bonus. Beds were soft and comfortable.

The jacuzzi was dirty. But there were kids in and out of it all day.
