Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, smaczne śniadania, przyjemna i pomocna obsługa. Pokoj czysty, maly balkonik, wszystko działało. Od strony ulicy dobiegają odglosy ale to środek dzielnicy gotyckiej wiec jest tam ruchliwie.

Cons:

Do porawy jest komunikacja mailowa z hotelem. Przed wyjazdem mialam kilka pytan i wyslalam kilka wiadomosci. Odpowiedzi otrzymalam juz w trakcie pobytu kiedy byly juz dla mnie bezwartosciowe.

Konum ılarak çok iyi. La rambla, gotic mahalle tüm gidilmesi gereken yerlere çok yakın. Jaume metrosuna 3 dklık yürüme mesafesinde diğer gidilecek yerlerede çok rahat ulaşabilirsiniz

Le aree comuni dell'hotel erano belle e pulite. Hotel comodo alla metro e ai taxi. A 5 minuti di camminata dalla Ramblas. Il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Cons:

La camera era microscopica e la dicitura "vista cortine interno" è fuorviante. La camera era dotata di una finestra su un cavedio interno di sevizio, ed era assolutamente inutilizzabile. Praticamente era una camera cieca, senza possibilità di avere uno sbocco sull'esterno. Come fosse sempre notte.
Io non ho problemi di deambulazione, ma nella dicitura della camera è indicato che è accessibile in sedia a rotelle ma non è assolutamente vero. vci sono gradini ovunque e la camera non è assolutamente accessibile. Su queste cose bisogna prestare attenzione, anche se non mi coinvolge direttamente

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Hotel ia located in historical centre. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Personal was kind and helpful. Also check out at 12 was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom is "older", but was still clean. We had a room with windows into the main Street. It was noisy till the morning, but it is a price for accommodation in the centre.

Pros:

L ubicació es genial. Al costat de la Generalitat. El personal de recepció va ser molt atent i resolutiu. Varem tenir un problema amb la calefacció de la habitació i ens varen canviar a una altre , molt millor per compensar les molèsties.

Cons:

La manca de manteniment amb el tema de la calefacció. Pens que un hotel de 4 estrelles no es pot permetre aquests fallos.
