A localização é excelente.

Cons:

O anúncio descrevia um quarto com as condicionado, sem restrições. No local, fui informado que o hotel não fornece ar condicionado nessa estação do ano. No quarto estava extremamente quente. O hotel sugeriu abrir a janela, mas como o hotel fica em uma das ruas principais, o barulho faria impossível dormir. Anunciar facilidades diferentes das que são entregues por pura escolha do hotel é uma grave violação do direito dos consumidores. Eu não recebi os benefícios pelos quais eu paguei.

Wonderful—and with a newly discovered Roman Forum under the breakfast room!
Pros:

The people are so kind! The breakfast was amazing. The room had everything we need, and they gave us one with a huge terrace and a view of the cathedral. Also, the Roman excavation under the breakfast room is fantastic!

Cons:

The room itself had a musty smell, and due to some repairs of the main elevator, we needed to go up a small flight of stairs from the back elevator to our room, which people with mobility issues should ask about. If the elevators, hallways, and rooms came up to the amazing standard of the public spaces, this would be a six star hotel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber.

Cons:

Es fehlte eine Gadrobe und eine Ablage ausserhalb des Kleiderschranks.
