Molto piacevole, ci tornerò !
Pros:

Bella la storia della struttura e del quartiere, ben raccontata. Camera molto silenziosa, pulita, arredata con gusto.
Bello il doppio affaccio sulle mura romane.
Comodissima la posizione. Lo staff super gentile.

Ok but will not stay on this property again

Elevator: It’s in back of your mind elevator has a 1 person limit capacity. We just end up taking the stairs to 3rd floor not risking getting stuck.

Maintenance issue: Fridge was not working but they did swap a workable fridge. Toilet was dripping constantly really disturbed our sleep. We just live with it don’t want the hassle to deal with the process of addressing another issue.

Note Woohoo did reach out to offer a credit but only means of the credit is to provide banking account details to transfer credit. I decline as with so many identity theft not comfortable sharing this type of info.

Lovely little hotel, clean, tidy and comfortable in the city
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel, right in the centre of Barcelona, close to the square, and steps away from restaurants, bars and local attractions. The hotel was decorated in a simple manner, with stone features and historic art work of the capital, it was calm, quiet and peaceful.
The rooms were small, however were clean, and had storage for all guests. The only down side to the room would be a lack of mirrors, there was only one mirror in the bathroom, which was a bit of a nightmare however we got by. We had a small balcony, with a lovely view of small side streets in the city. The beds were comfy and the air on worked well. There was a safe in the room to store any belongings. The shower was great and there were small shampoos etc if needed.
We split this hotel price between three of us, which made it super cheap and great value for money . We didn’t opt for breakfast however the area looked clean and spacious. The staff on reception were helpful, and nothing was too much to ask, we were offered water and juice on arrival and everyone was super friendly.
I would definitely stay in the gran bar inn again on a return visit to Barcelona.

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Aircon was warm but a quick chat with reception and the aircon was fixed by the evening. The hotel location is fantastic. Our room had no natural light but that didn’t bother us. Reception always seemed to be manned regardless of the time. There were bells ringing throughout the day which could keep a lighter sleeper up. Overall would absolutely stay here again.

Wir würden es wieder buchen, dann aber darauf achten, dass es ein Zimmer nach hinten raus ist.
Pros:

Es hat uns alles gefallen, die Lage ist großartig mitten im gotischen Viertel! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Zimmer sind klein aber gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem, das Bad war top sauber :) die Klimaanlage auf eco eingestellt war kaum zu hören und sehr angenehm (und ich mag air condition normalerweise gar nicht!).

Cons:

Die Geräuschkulisse bei den Zimmern zur Straße raus ist unglaublich laut. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern sind die feiernden Menschen bis in die Morgenstunden zu hören.
