A localização não podia ser mais perfeita para andar pelo centro de Madrid e chegar facilmente a qualquer ponto de interesse com transportes. Os funcionários da receção foram, na maioria, prestáveis e simpáticos. A limpeza do quarto estava muito bem, e tinha relativamente bom isolamento em relação aos barulhos da rua. O quarto tem um bom ar condicionado.

Cons:

O quarto para três pessoas é pequeno para ser partilhado por três pessoas, há muito poucas superfícies onde pousar coisas no quarto e na casa de banho, e fica mesmo apertado para três. Os colchões não eram muito confortáveis, e o ar condicionado estava demasiado intenso durante a noite. O ar condicionado foi muito valioso para estes dias de calor, mas a intensidade tornou-se desconfortável durante a noite, levando a desconfortos físicos de manhã, e seria bom poder regular a intensidade ou mesmo desligar o ar condicionado durante a noite.

Muy céntrico y el personal muy amable.
Pudimos dejar las mochilas en consigna tanto antes del check in (que es a las 4) y al día siguiente cuando salimos igual, dejamos en consigna las mochilas para no tener que ir cargadas todo el día.
