Excellent location but needs to be updated
Pros:

Hotel in ideal location for City Centre, staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
Hotel rooms were clean but need to be painted to refresh walls, look dirty. Plug sockets, only found 2 in room under tv and they were not in good condition, sparks flew from one when plugging in phone charger. Mattress on bed was very hard, uncomfortable and back pain as a result 😞
But overall for location and value for money and cleanliness it was worth it for 3 nights to see wonderful Madrid

Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the early check in. There's an abundance of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a small dresser in the room, but although the room was of medium size, I don't think there was much room for one. In general, the room was very good.

Da localização, embora muito perto da Gran Vía é muito sossegado. Chegámos mais cedo do que a hora do check in e deram-nos logo o quarto. Muito obrigada
O facto de ter bebida de soja, de amêndoa , de aveia e leite sem lactose no pequeno almoço é um ponto bastante positivo.

Cons:

O hotel está a precisar de algumas remodelações sobretudo nas casas de banho.
O pequeno almoço faltaram os ovos mexidos.
