The air continioning didnt work…the room was a sauna and they didnt help.
We coordinate with them the taxi for the airport and it didnt came to pick up for us. We were late to the airport.

El check-in. Llegamos pronto y nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista pero podíamos dejar las maletas. Hasta aquí todo correcto. Salimos por Madrid y a las 13:30 recibimos un sms diciendo que la habitación estaba lista pero al estar por el centro no fuimos al hotel hasta las 15.00.
Cuando llegamos y después de que el recepcionista hiciera 2 check-in delante de nosotras nos dice a ver que hacíamos allí tan temprano que el check in era a las 16.00 ( y nosotras teniendo el sms de las 13.30 que decia que la habitación estaba lista).
Me pareció un trato poco apropiado y poco correcto por parte del recepcionista.
Lo demás correcto.

Casi todo en la habitación estaba en pésimo estado: los colchones, el baño, la balconera no cerraba bien y no aislaba el ruido del exterior, las cortinas olían mal….en general, lamentable. No volveré.

Pagué el sobrecoste de la F1

Cons:

Para un tres estrellas está bien.... peeeeeeero (supongo que pagué el sobrecoste por ser el finde de la Fórmula 1) 378€ por una noche, sin desayuno, lo veo un timo. Entrar en un hotel a las 16:00 y dejarlo al día siguiente a las 11:00, por ese precio lo veo exagerado (que es un tres estrellas).
