Fair but not impressed
Pros:

The location is great with everything close by - shops, restaurants and transportation facilities.

Cons:

Inspite of repeated requests, the staff refused to upgrade my room - I was willing to pay more of course and willing to wait longer to move in. This was funny because I saw a big group leave sometime before I checked in. Also, my cousin who booked in the same category got a much better room.
