Una noche en Madrid
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Es la segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel. El restaurante tiene una carta muy buena y esta vez comí también en la cafeteria y me gustó mucho también. La conexión a internet es muy buena.

Very good hotel situated right on the main street of Goya. Excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The first thing i will say is that the staff are all very pleasent and professional. The issue i had was related to a loud low frequency banging noise in the room that went on all night. I thought it was the air conditioning and i put earplugs to try to block the noise but at 3am in the morning i couldn't take any more and i called reception. They were very professional and put me in another room straight away. I think it might have been coming from the nightclub downstairs or perhaps from the building next door but as i was on the 8th floor it is weird that the low frequency banging (like a kickdrum in dance music) was reaching my room. Perhaps the noice was coming up through the wall. Anyway receptionist confirmed that he could hear the noise in my room when he entered to inspect. It was not their fault and i am glad that they moved me to another room on the upper floor as i slept well after that. I had an important meeting the next day.

Cons:

The noise that i described before. This was not the fault of the hotel ( i don't think) and i have to say that i was impressed by their professionalism trying to get this resolved. Hats off to the great reception staff. They done a good job.
