No tiene aire acondicionado y hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación…tampoco tenían ventilador, pero tuvieron la amabilidad de bajar un poco la calefacción

It was a great location, easy to get around because Metro was close by, staff was very friendly.
Pros:

Location was great on a vibrant street with shopping and many restaurants. Metro stop so close to hotel so easy to get around. The cleaning staff was diligent and my room modern and clean and was just the right size.

Cons:

It got a little hot in my room and I couldn't adjust the A/C. I had the window open and lots of city noise but not too terrible.
