Pros:

Dans l'ensemble tout était bien, sauf... le bien être dans la chambre.

Cons:

La météo n’était pas bien, il faisait froid et la chambre pour une personne âgée était humide. Il n'est pas possible qu'un hôtel 4* arrête le chauffage sans tenir compte de la météo mais penser a l’économie. Mon épouse est tombée malade et le séjour n’était pas agréable. Je pense que pour le prix qu'on a payé on pouvais espérer quelque chose de mieux.

Hotel con muy buena ubicacion, limpieza y servicio a la habitacion.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, y muy buena la insonorización de la habitación a la calle Goya. Muy bueno el restaurante y el servicio a la habitación.

Cons:

No tiene practicamente lobby. Las alfombras en los pasillos, dificultan el transito con valijas.

La ubicación y el buffet de desayuno, ambos perfectos!

Cons:

Faltan rampas que siempre estén habilitadas para llegar con las maletas desde la calle al ascensor.

Gran lugar: limpio, excelente ubicación, rico desayuno & cordialidad de los empleados
Pros:

Todo espectacular! El cuarto grande y espacioso. Todo muy limpio y excelentemente ubicado. Es la 2da vez que me quedo ahi y definitivamente volveria!

Cons:

No tiene tomas de USB directas, aunque si tiene varios enchufes, uno al ser turista no suele tener tantos adaptadores.
No tiene bata ni pantuflas.
