Perfecta ubicación en el viejo Madrid!!
Pros:

La perfecta ubicación y la amabilidad de su personal.

Cons:

Que no me informaron previo a mi llegas que los aires acondicionados no estaban funcionando, para que fuera mi decisión quedarme o cambiar, tuve que dormir con un abanico que amablemente me prestaron, pero no fue lo mejor.

Adequate but glad we weren’t stopping longer than two nights.
Pros:

In the centre of Madrid so excellent position and near to public transport. Staff nice and breakfast good.

Cons:

That they tried to put us in an old fashioned run down room with building noise above us and a card point on the wall that fell off the wall when we tried to put the card in for the lights. It had been glued on previously. We said we needed to move room because of this and also the noise. In fairness to them they moved us to a renovated room which was much better but be aware when they say rooms are small they really are. You can’t get out on one side of the bed as it’s by the wall and no room.

Todo! Me hospede con mamá y el cuarto era amplio, las camas cómodas, el baño amplio, y todo estaba siempre muy limpio. La comida deliciosa y la fruta y jugos son frescos.
Superó mis expectativas. Sin duda al volver a Madrid me quedaré con ellos otra vez.

Descanso en pleno centro de la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación y el poder disfrutar de una habitación completamente nueva y reformada. Aún olía a pintura y todo.

Cons:

El aislamiento acústico deja que desear, se escucha tanto el ruido de todas las habitaciones colindantes como de la calle. Están de reformas y espero que se algo que tienen en cuenta.

Situación, limpieza, personal amable y que nos ayudo en lo que pedimos. La habitación era nueva y estaba bien. Era la 415. Vistas a la puerta del sol y la calle Preciados, con un pequeño balcón. La ducha funcionaba bien y la cama era cómoda. Ascensor con estructura antigua que le da un toque retro.

Melhor localização!
Pros:

Localização excelente, fizemos quase tudo a pé. A 3 min da Gran via, supermercados, restaurantes e lojas.
O quarto tem um bom tamanho e o chuveiro é muito bom.
Funcionários atenciosos, em especial as recepcionistas Monica e Laura, muito simpáticas! Deixaram um mimo no quarto pelo nosso aniversário de casamento.

A great option
Pros:

Everything was great, staff, food, beds, everything. I don't think I need to say anything else.

The balcony needs a smaller table, I could barely fit and I'm not fat haha, I was going out to sit and smoke.

Pros:

Ficamos em um quarto recém reformado, estava tudo novinho e impecável, mas a localização foi o principal motivo que quis me hospedar neste hotel, você sai e já está praticamente no meio da “Puerta del Sol” e há duas quadras da Gran Vía, tem um “El Corte Inglés” bem em frente ao hotel e tem estações de metrô super próximas, e facilita muito para quem quer explorar a cidade. Recomendo muito!
