This place was in an awesome location bustling with activity and there was a Gelato Bar right next to the hotel. Overall - the room that we got was a quadruple room and as it indicates we did get enough beds to sleep 4 people but the room was tiny - understandable as it was in the middle of Madrid. We could walk everywhere and the train station was less than 5 minutes walk away! I loved the energy of the place.
I would have a liked a little bit of room but that can be hard to come by in the middle of Madrid.
Staff gentilissimo sempre disponibile e solare. Camera pulita, munita dei servizi necessari. Colazione al buffet ricca sia per la colazione salata che dolce con prodotti tipici locali (iberico, tortillas ecc ecc). Zero uso di plastica ed attenzione allo spreco. Camere silenziose considerando che la struttura si trova a due passi da plaza del sol, dov'erano previsti serate e concerti per il Pride. Forse paghi un tantino in più rispetto ad altre strutture per i servizi che offre. Non sono attrezzati per pranzo o cena e non ci sono servizi come palestra o piscina ma trovandoti in pieno centro puoi muoverti facilmente ovunque a piedi o in metro. Ed alla fine sei circondato da tanti locali che risulterebbe un peccato pranzare o cenare in albergo. In più a 10 metri dal hotel trovi il più importante centro commerciale della spagna El Corte Inglés in cui trovi tutto quello che ti serve anche come gastronomia. Ed in zona sono sparsi ad ogni angolo dei piccoli Carrefour city aperti anche 24/24.

La habitacion era muy chica y no tenia un armario. El banio no tenia lugar de apoyo.
Me cambiaron la condicion de pago por supuestas leyes del pais, pero en ningun otro hotel aplicaron estas "supuestas" leyes.

Excellent location, exactly at the city centre. We went to the main attractions on foot, but, if you want to use public transport, there are metro stations near by. Also, the stuff was very friendly and helpful, as they gave us a city map and recommendations for food, drinks e.t.c. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of sweet and savoury options. The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother us, as it was very clean and comfy.
We'll definitely come back again :)
