Excelente hotel
Pros:

Todo ha sido excelente, la comida de desayuno fue genial. Alejandra, Laura y todo el personal de recepcion han sido maravillosas y muy serviciales. El precio fue excelente y la ubicacion demasiado centrica. No puedo pedir mas.

Estadía inolvidable
Pros:

Nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa. Súper acogedor. El desayuno espectacular, todo riquísimo. Están en pequeños detalles!! El personal, increíble! Siempre con una sonrisa y amabilidad !!

Pequeno, ainda passando por obras, mas não interferiu na comodidade durante o período em que estivemos lá. Muito bem loc
Pros:

Fica no “olho do furacão “ isso quer dizer que fica bem no centro comercial de Madri onde estão as grandes marcas. Ao ponto de você fazer algumas comprar e poder ir ao hotel e deixa- lãs sem precisar ficar carregando sacolas durante todo o tempo. O banheiro é muito bom. Cama confortável, limpeza muito boa. Segurança também é um ponto forte. O hotel também oferece um serviço pra poder usar um microondas caso você opte por fazer uma refeição no hotel.

Cons:

Acho que o café da manhã precisa de alguns ajustes. Mas nada que comprometa a reputação do hotel.
