The property is in a good location the staff are lovely and very helpful.
They did not have USB ports only plug sockets making charging devices a bit bulky as I needed to use a travel plug.
Also the mirrors in reception were very old making the reception area look a bit dated and not in keeping with the actual hotel.
The lifts can be a be of wait when the hotel is fully booked as it only fits 2 people comfortably.

The room was lovely and clean with beautiful views from the balcony. Nice to have a big room with places for cases. Location is ideal I could walk to everything and the metro was just across the street. Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Would stay here again in Madrid as it’s a nice hotel but not crazy expensive.
The walls are very thin I could hear everything my neighbours said and did.
It is useful having lockers to store luggage and you can pay with card at reception to get a €2 coin but I’m just not used to hotels not storing luggage for free.
Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación Príncipe Pío. Excelente atención de parte del personal del hotel. Desayuno muy variado.
