El servicio de recepción , muy ma preparados , poca asistencia
Llegué sola con un pequeño , pregunté sobre el parking , si alguien me podía ayudar para sacarlo del coche dormido pero no sabían cómo gestionar la situación, ni decir o facilitar el check in. Tampoco cuando pregunté dónde aparcar sugerir una solución . En fin la poca gentileza y poca acción a apoyar o facilitar la entrada fue bastante chocante . La habitación olía a tabaco , lo comenté , me dijieron enviamos un compañero que nunca vino , así que dormimos con la ventana abierta. Lo mejor fue el desayuno ..
Los recepcionistas muy amables, sobretodo el chico, no me acuerdo del nombre. Fuimos por cuestiones médicas y nos solucionó el problema del parking. Muchas gracias. Ya lo hemos reservado otra vez.

Ottima posizione per chi ha voglia di spostarsi verso il centro a piedi, raggiungibile in 20 minuti circa. La fermata della metropolitana è esattamente davanti.
Le stanze vengono pulite giornalmente e la nostra camera aveva le giuste dimensioni.
La struttura è estremamente rumorosa, la prima notte siamo stati svegli fino alle 2 per i rumori della stanza accanto. Consiglio di munirsi di tappi per le orecchie perché si sente tutto e a me era impossibile dormire senza. Considerato che ho pagato 160€ a notte non mi sarei aspettata che la struttura non fosse insonorizzata.
Il deposito bagagli è a pagamento al costo di 2€.
La habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno delicioso. La ubicación me gustó. Primero pensé que estaba lejos Pero con la parada de camión a 3 minutos, todo está cerca.
