Tudo estava perfeito mas a localização foi incrível.
Não havia nenhum funcionário do hotel que falasse a língua Portuguesa. Seria incrível se tivesse.

The reception staff/Administration were the worst I have encounter in my world travels, the women especially the one who called herself the manager, rude abusive could not care attitude and refused to help, i will not use this hotel again
laughing as they got a taxi for me to the airport which was in the agreement when i booked that the hotel would organize pick up and return, not uber but an expensive car, at the airport they wanted 650 rands which i refused to pay
On top of this they shoved a note under my door with a letter printed in bold letter that I have to pay the outstand bill of 100 rand for laundry Immediately just having paid for the full stay on checking in of 13000 Rands this was reported to a guy but i heard no feedback

Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla zona del Waterfront, ricca di ristoranti e negozi. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotto la struttura (condiviso con altri hotel e anche aperto al pubblico, ma comunque sorvegliato). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che la camera fosse pronta un po' prima dell'orario di check in; venendo da un volo notturno lungo, è stato piacevole avere la possibilità di rinfrescarsi e riposarsi prima di iniziare ad esplorare Cape Town.
Si potrebbero migliorare gli infissi per insonorizzare perfettamente le camere che affacciano sulla strada. Nient'altro da segnalare.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ottima posizione, camera con vista Table Mountain, personale gentilissimo, colazione con vasta scelta e qualità. Molto comodo avere a disposizione il parcheggio dell’albergo. Servizio lavanderia perfetto e rapido.
