Good staff and good location
Pros:

Very helpful staff, very accommodating. Good indoor and outdoor communal space. central so great location - 2mins walk to Waterfront.

Room a little bit tired, never the less spotlessly clean

Loved all the fresh flowers throughout the lobby.

Cons:

It wasn't clear where to park our car and the parking lot didn't have a lift so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs.

Comfortable and fit for purpose.
Pros:

Fantastic location - a short walk from the V&A Waterfront. Clean and well established/known. Well maintained and comfortable rooms - even though it's an older hotel.

Cons:

No complaints. The rate was very expensive, but understandable given supply/demand during Mining Indaba week in Cape Town and the location.
