Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and the property has a wide range of amenities. The rooms need better sound proofing - I'm not sure if there was a conference on near our unit but there was constant noise/people talking loudly to each other throughout the evening and early hours of the morning.

The staff are friendly but slow overall. The venue while decent on the outside is not clean or maintained in the room. They have carpets, it’s smelly and I found someone’s press on nail on the carpet and bugs and dust balls everywhere in the room. It’s convenient for location but they need to do better maintaining the room and cleanliness

Pros:

Two nights out of four very very noisy. No sleep before 02.00 am due to a wild local conference from Union. It was a night club in the walkways with music and alcohol and sings.
Had to call a few times the security but it did not stop.

Its not the first time I go and definitely wont be the last. Place is great, people is friendly and overall the hotel IS very convinient so I Will be back for sure.

We were very impressed with the property and especially the staff. We included breakfast with our stay that was superb and very well priced.
The area is not great but been fenced off it didn't bother us at all. The security staff were very friendly and helpful.

First time stay in South Africa made comfortable!
Pros:

The staff was courteous, the rooms were spacious, clean and modern with a good number of electrical points.

The AC systems were very effective, but a little noisy.
The hotel offers basic and premium internet packages with the basic being included in the cost of the stay but was more than sufficient for streaming and video calling.

Nice but room for improvement
Pros:

Room ok. Well-serviced with small kitchen, fridge, kettle and microwave! Spa great! Door key didnt work well though and issues with the safe. Reception not very helpful for tips on things in the area. Called beforehand also for advice with little info also provided over the phone..room for improvement!.

Pros:

I stayed there for 3 nights and i loved every second of it. Everyone from guest services to housekeeping, transportation to meal setvices were very courteous and accomodating. I eill definitely be back there soon.
