It was a good for a few nights stay if your on business or a quick stop.
Pros:

Staff was nice and responsive

Cons:

Rooms were a bit gloomy, I had the suite the neither television worked when we arrived, called the front desk and the handyman as he was called by the staff fixed the remote to the television in the bedroom, but said the television in the sitting area was broke, no discount on room offered at all. Was disappointed in that part because we had to stay in the bedroom to watch television when I wanted to sit in the other area of the room.

There are many other choices in the area. I can’t recommend this property.
Pros:

Convenient to Dulles airport. Prompt shuttle service from the airport and to the car rental.

Cons:

Hot breakfast selections (scrambled eggs, potatoes) were poorly prepared.

Adequate for proximity to airport.
Pros:

Location. The understaff and overworked 2 males running the hotel. They were trying to do the best with what they had.

Cons:

They need more staff. Only visible staff was one running front desk and other driving the shuttle. They were stressed out. Waiting for the shuttle in freezing cold for 1hour
