Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We came a day early and the take was very professional and exceeded all my expectations. Couldn't ask for a better hotel staff

Good and Bad
Pros:

I liked the bigger fridge..the room was nice and clean.
The bed was huge. The room was a nice size. The only thing I didn't realize was the pool house wasn't attached to the building.

Cons:

I needed a walk-in shower, and they didn't have one available.
*My suggestion is that they should invest in shower chairs for handicap people with disabilities. I was afraid to get in the shower because of the tub. I Didn't want to fall.
The walls were thin; you could hear someones tv.
People opening and closing their doors kept waking me up.
Invest in mattress toppers. That bed was so hard.

The breakfast needs an update. The waffles tasted weird. The juice thing you could tell each juice had been watered down to make it taste awful. Have bananas, oatmeal with granola.
Add some mandarins and oranges. Have other variety of breakfast bars.

Cons:

Indoor pool are was unkept. There were wet men’s underwear laying on the floor around the pool. Windows wouldn’t open all the way so very hot inside. Breakfast was awful. No bread or bagels for the toaster. No danish, no fresh fruit, no yogurt or breakfast bars as advertised. Sausage was cold in the middle. Very disappointing.

Cons:

The room smelled awful. It was a non-smoking room and just smelled foul for other reasons. The AC unit hardly worked and was clinging to life. I relied on the airflow from the AC unit to distupt the foul stench in the room, but it couldn't manage. A mirror in the room had something smeared on it. Couldn't tell what it was and wasn't willing to figure it out. The shower was broken such that the shower head had to be held by hand. The mount had been broken off so the shower head was simply hanging near the ground. If I didn't have to be back on the road in 4 hours, I would've demanded a refund and found another motel. I gladly checked out after a 3 hour sleep. The experience was so bad it would be funny if I hadn't paid money for it. I paid money for it though. Would not recommend at all.

Pros:

Place is old worn and dirty. Smudges on walls and stained ceiljngs. No air conditioning on at arrival and room smelled badly. Had no shampoo in room. Staff said there was a shampoo shortage and gave us one mini bottle for 3 people.

We made reservations at this location due to them having a hot tub and pool. Once we arrived, we dropped off our bags in the room and went straight to the pool, hot tub area, where there were clumps of hair and in the pool was a large clump of hair see pictures. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund. We were told the pool and hot tub had been cleaned the day before. The front desk clerk called the maintenance man who came and just scoopedthe hair out. We left and went to another hotel.

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

We left another hotel after paying for it due to it being nasty and we took our chances here and it was the best decision. Staff was absolutely amazing, and the room was the best cleaned and stocked I've ever seen in a hotel. Everything from start to finish was a 10 out of 10.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Friendly, professional service.
Pros:

Quick summary: clean, quiet, very comfortable room. All the usual amenities of a BW property. Easy on/off the highway. Only issue is that the tub/shower has only a horizontal grab bar.

We were on a road trip from Florida, heading home. We stayed in room 209, which has two very comfy double/queen beds and good pillows.

Good HVAC and complimentary wifi.

Excellent housekeeping.

All the usual BW amenities: coffee maker (bring you own tea, if preferred,) fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, 2-drawer chest, desk with ergo chair, iron/board. I don't remember a regular sitting chair.

TV with lots of channels (although I'd love a printed TV guide rather than scroll through the channels.)

Tub/shower combination. Shampoo and conditioner provided; bring your own body lotion.

Sort of a gripe: any tub/shower combination really needs BOTH a horizontal grab bar for tub users (me) and a vertical grab bar for even just using the shower (husband.) As we get older, and my husband recently had back surgery, we appreciate these safety concerns.

Good complimentary breakfast with hot and cold items: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, breads/bagels/biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt. (I think there was a waffle maker, but I forget.)

Easy on and off the highway. A number of restaurants in a short drive.

Friendly, professional staff.

We did not use other amenities such as the pool, etc.

To sum: we'd be happy to stay here again, but hope they'd install that extra grab bar.
