Excellent base for a quick two day visit to explore Denver and see a concert at Ball Arena.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. $10 discount for very pleasant breakfast. great location - ten minute walk to Ball Arena and convenient to free bus up and down 16th.

Cons:

our second floor windows had frosted
glass so no view outside. (would request higher floor next time even though only slept in the room. )

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The room was quite small and did not match the photos shown online. I requested housekeeping for two days by placing the sign on the door, but no one came to clean the room. In addition, the complimentary $5 nickel could only be used once per order, which felt quite limited. Considering the price (and the additional resort fee), the overall value for money is quite low.

No offer to move room when asked someone to fix, placed 2nd call before someone came up to say they were working on it, brought up portable fan noises and did not cool room. Hot all night. but offered other guest to change rooms

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and room! It was so clean and beautiful and the perfect stay after a night at the theater! I loved the lobby and a free glass of Prosecco to start the night.

Overall a great hotel and the staff was nice and great amenities.

It’s a really nice property and the location is great for being down town

Cons:

I felt like the the sheets and towels were of the best quality for the caliber of this hotel and price. We found holes in our sheets and the first day looked like they were stained. And overall rooms were not as “wow” as they were online

Pros:

Just spent the weekend at this great little hotel in downtown Denver. Very cozy, comfortable atmosphere, everyone from the valets, front desk, barista and maintenance were so friendly and kind! Everyone went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. Rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Will stay again!
