Was very clean and beautiful. The staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met
Everything was great
The room was freezing and needed space heaters. Could not enjoy the views from the corner king room with having to keep the curtains closed. No microwave.
windows need to be updated with insulation because of the extreme climate of the area. If you're going to have a private party at the only open space of the hotel, the study, there should be another space for other guest to lounge in the lobby. Literally no space or accomodation for that.
Proximity to the theater
The hotel was a bit cold but the front desk staff informed us of the reason and offered extra blankets.
The location was excellent, as we were there for an event at Ball Arena. Did not have breakfast there, but did have coffee at the cafe, which was very good.
The overall condition of the room was a disappointment. I stayed there 20 years ago, and the fixtures, carpeting, etc. were the same. Wonderful hotel and experience still, but in need of some rejuvenation, especially at this price point.
Location was perfect!
Room was cold but other then that it was perfect!
The location in the uniqueness of the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the room was comfortable.
Nothing admit my expectations for my stay.
What a lovely experience! This was my first time staying at Hotel Teatro, and it certainly won’t be the last.
The property touts being Denver’s original boutique hotel, and it delivers on that feeling in the best way. The building has a history-rich feel, with ornate detail and classic decor. The room was stunning and VERY spacious with more historic charm. I had a lovely view of the mountains and the sunset viewing from that vantage point was amazing. The room was also very peaceful, and I slept sooooo well!
The staff was very welcoming and engaging. Taylor at the front desk was thorough and answered my many questions, and Morgan at the bar was attentive without being invasive.
All-in-all, this was a great stay and I’m excited to return!
Absolutely amazing service and room. We went for a holiday vacation downtown and I cannot recommend more thoroughly! Employees remembered guests and were incredibly hospitable. Love the free ride within a certain distance from the hotel very helpful!
Alles!
The hotel was beautiful. There was live music and a coffee shop. Loved the onsite bar and restaurant. The room was cozy and clean and quiet.
We visited during the winter and the lobby and room was cold. We were able to get a different room with a space heater but couldn’t spend much time in the common areas without freezing.
This is an adorable boutique hotel. The service is personalized and friendly. The ambience of the lobby and public areas is quaint and cozy. Our room was fantastic! Very clean, comfy beds and pillows, soft sheets, fluffy towels and wonderful bathroom amenities. We are at the on site restaurant (The Nickel) and it was fabulous- great food and drinks! It was a half a block walk to The Buell and the hotel arranged a car to a local speakeasy. I will be back often! Loved this hotel - such a great experience. I highly recommend!!!!
The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was great. Wonderful view
I wish they had better restaurant hours
Just love the smaller boutique hotel
I can’t really say
Truly pet friendly.
Nothing felt cheap like other boutique hotels trying to look fancy but it’s all just.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great location. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Stayed in a suite with joint room very spacious and bathrooms were large. View had mountains in the distance and rooftops. The rooms were clean and quite. The restaurant downstairs was packed and seemed like a local favorite. Unfortunately I was not very impressed with the food especially for the price. Overall the hotel and room were perfect and staff was great and professional.
We love staying at the Hotel Teatro! Last night around 3am there was an incident in our room that needed immediate attention. Taylor and Blake were exceptionally kind, helpful, efficient, and solutions-focused. Actually, all the staff have been gracious hosts, and Taylor and Blake were particularly on “it” even in the middle of the night. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The hotel has beautiful decor with a unique style that represents history but still modern with a old Mail Drop and beautiful wood work on walls and banisters the staff was friendly and accommodating from the front desk staff, valet and restaurant staff. The room was clean and had gorgeous views of the cathedral in Denver.
There was nothing I didn’t like this hotel is exceptional
My wife and I stayed two nights in a corner King room and could not be more pleased. While the facility is top notch and the room was comfortable (with a nice city view), it was the staff that made it really stand out. From the Valet parking guy to Julian at the front desk, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Julian arranged restaurant reservations, and offered the hotel's courtesy car if we didn't want to walk. The Nickle Restaurant in the hotel was excellent, but we came late for dessert and a nightcap. All good.
We try to stay in top-notch hotels when we travel and have stayed in several of Denver's "best". Hotel Teatro will be our new go-to hotel from now on!
