Very comfortable bed and room! It was so clean and beautiful and the perfect stay after a night at the theater! I loved the lobby and a free glass of Prosecco to start the night.
It was a beautiful place! Nothing to complain about
It’s a really nice property and the location is great for being down town
I felt like the the sheets and towels were of the best quality for the caliber of this hotel and price. We found holes in our sheets and the first day looked like they were stained. And overall rooms were not as “wow” as they were online
It was within walking distance to Ball arena and right by the 16th street mall.
Nothing to note
Big spacious room.
Very nice bathroom. Very comfy beds
Amazing staff. Very helpful!
Great location. Fun boutique hotel near theater and walking to excellent restaurants.
Just spent the weekend at this great little hotel in downtown Denver. Very cozy, comfortable atmosphere, everyone from the valets, front desk, barista and maintenance were so friendly and kind! Everyone went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. Rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Will stay again!
This property is a VRBO pretending to be a hotel.
It is close to the Colorado Convention Center, but lacking.
Was very clean and beautiful. The staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met
Everything was great
The room was freezing and needed space heaters. Could not enjoy the views from the corner king room with having to keep the curtains closed. No microwave.
windows need to be updated with insulation because of the extreme climate of the area. If you're going to have a private party at the only open space of the hotel, the study, there should be another space for other guest to lounge in the lobby. Literally no space or accomodation for that.
Proximity to the theater
The hotel was a bit cold but the front desk staff informed us of the reason and offered extra blankets.
We had stayed at Hotel Teatro some 20 years ago and liked it. For this return visit we chose Teatro for its proximity to the Denver Performing Arts Center and loved how easy it was to walk to and from the show.
Our room on the 9th floor was comfortable and fairly quiet for a downtown Denver hotel. The pillows were a bit too poofy and would have liked a down pillow alternative but they didn't have one such pillow. The staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient and we appreciated the free hotel car service that took us to dinner at Mizuna.
Breakfast was quite good and we loved that the hotel is dog-friendly. We met two very friendly dogs during our stay that were guests of the hotel. The dogs get their names on the VIP Board in the lobby and other perks.
Can't wait to return with our dog in the future.
The location was excellent, as we were there for an event at Ball Arena. Did not have breakfast there, but did have coffee at the cafe, which was very good.
The overall condition of the room was a disappointment. I stayed there 20 years ago, and the fixtures, carpeting, etc. were the same. Wonderful hotel and experience still, but in need of some rejuvenation, especially at this price point.
The location in the uniqueness of the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the room was comfortable.
Nothing admit my expectations for my stay.
Location was perfect!
Room was cold but other then that it was perfect!
What a lovely experience! This was my first time staying at Hotel Teatro, and it certainly won’t be the last.
The property touts being Denver’s original boutique hotel, and it delivers on that feeling in the best way. The building has a history-rich feel, with ornate detail and classic decor. The room was stunning and VERY spacious with more historic charm. I had a lovely view of the mountains and the sunset viewing from that vantage point was amazing. The room was also very peaceful, and I slept sooooo well!
The staff was very welcoming and engaging. Taylor at the front desk was thorough and answered my many questions, and Morgan at the bar was attentive without being invasive.
All-in-all, this was a great stay and I’m excited to return!
