Fab stay at Delta Marriott
Pros:

Rosie, the host, was so lovely. She really made us feel welcome. All the reception staff were really nice. Loved the style of the hotel. Could see our car from the window, which was great. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and clean, too. Loved that the room had a mini fridge and a self demisting mirror in the bathroom. Shower was nice and hot.

Pros:

I loved the new decor inside the hotel. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Nice size room and well planned out.

Cons:

Even though the room was very clean, the only down fall was the floor was a bit dusty and a chip on the bath which made it look like a grubby mark. Breakfast was beautifully presented, but was a bit cold by the time it got to us, maybe use silver food coverings?

Convenient with Tesla chargers for charging up and the rooms are great!

Love the executive room and deluxe as I was upgraded! BONUS

Cons:

You rectified the scrambled egg as it was better on this visit compared to previous visit. Poached or fried egg would be good to offer though? With regards to the room the fridge is never cold enough. Couldn't find any way of lowering the setting. Overall though I do enjoy staying here. The Fairfields Farm crisps are absolutely SUPERB!! I had the Indian menu and the lamb biryani and it was FANTASTIC!! Well done

Excellent meals ….. breakfasts… lots of choice, quality, tasty food. Dinner ……again good menu, well presented, filling portions.
Exceptional staff from front of house to bar & restaurant. Very welcoming, friendly & helpful staff, couldn’t have asked for more.

Cons:

All good. Pity that the maître d’ was wearing a jacket that was huge on him. One young waiter was very glum and was wearing black trainers (acceptable) which very very dirty.
It’s the small details that make a huge difference.

Have regularly stayed at the hotel and would definitely stay again. The staff are welcoming, the location to the A12 is great and the bathroom is spacious with modern decor.

Fabulous! Will definitely be back!
Pros:

The rooms were clean, modern, great facilities in the room and hotel (bar, restaurant, health club) and the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Being very picky here, that you had to leave the hotel to access the health spa, there was no access through the hotel. But this is being really picky.

Quality hotel, fab breakfast for great price
Pros:

Beautiful property , great services, truly great quality for an affordable price. We enjoyed the swimming pool and fab breakfast too.
