Good size room

Cons:

The large rat jumping around upon our arrival when we first were pulling into the venue. No hairdryer in room, only 1 tea bag.

The location was good for us. By car, you could travel to other surrounding areas which we did. Quite easily.

The room was comfortable & shower lovely. The fridge in room was handy too.

Cons:

The spa area and especially the changing rooms needed an upgrade. Only 2 showers & 2 changing rooms present wasnt adequate and it looked like it needed redecorating. It wasn't busy at the time I used them but if lots in there wouldn't be good!
In spa a jacuzzi would have been nice but didn't have one. It isn't worthy of 4stars. For that reason.

Overall Happy...... Service charge is not acceptable having paid so much already for Food.

It was a pleasant stay overall and I would recommend this venue.
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was modern and clean. Food was excellent.

Cons:

It was clean and had all the essentials. Well maintained and modern.

Lovely bathroom
Pros:

It was clean and the room was a good size with a beautiful bathroom.
The restaurant and bar were nice with friendly staff. The waitress and chef went out of their way to cook something for my husband that wasn't on the menu,a very hot curry.

Cons:

we didn't like paying to park there. I know there is also a gym/spa onsite but hotel guests should get parking free or at least cheaper.
