Rendben volt,jó elhelyezkedés

Cons:

A szobában hangos a volt vízvezetékrendszer amikor nyomás alá került a hajnali,reggeli időszakban. Techmikai gond,de lehet,hogy csak ebben a szobában, mert a falban ment a fő rendszer. Zavaró volt,hangos,felébred rá az alvó ember.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location was close to the train station and 10 min walk from multiple tube stops. Staff were friendly and offered an upgrade of early check in which made our visit so much easier. Air con kept the room cool whilst we were out in the day so made coming back and sleeping in the evening much more enjoyable. There is also a pub next door with a lovely roof top bar and equally as friendly staff :)

Cons:

Was slightly over priced for what it was but to be expected in London

Bel hôtel bien situé mais sans extra
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre était propre, le petit déjeuner est varié et abondant, sans temps d'attente. Des rafraîchissement gratuits sont offerts dans le lobby. Les bagages sont conservés après le check out.

Cons:

Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, le thé et le café ne sont pas renouvelé. Il manquait un grand essuie le dernier jour. Pas de produits conforts dans la salle de bain (cotons, dentifrice, ...). Les clés se sont désactivées 2 fois.

Bon séjour
Pros:

l'accueil et le personnel et les équipement de la chambre ( frigo, table a repasser et fer, plateau de courtoisie ...)

Cons:

j'avais demandé une chambre au calme, ce qui n'a pas été le cas du tout, la fenêtre de la chambre donnait juste sur le pub trés bruyant. De plus déjà venu en 2021 est il ma semblé que le buffet petit déjeuné était beaucoup moins diversifié et a perdu en qualité.

Good value and location. Rooms very good Not full filling it’s potential, need to sort out the dish washing and room key

Ideal for 2 days airconditioned stay during heatwave.

Great location, overpriced for our experience
Pros:

Perfect location for our concert, love the area

Cons:

Ground floor room, toilet holder broken and ceiling full of cobwebs, both reported to reception, long wait to check in and couldn’t get served at the bar, only one person working and wait was unacceptable
