Decepcionante
Pros:

Nos decepcionó el tamaño de las habitaciones, así como el de las camas y los baños, que nos fueron más pequeños de lo esperado.

Cons:

Ofrecen habitaciones de 21 a 23 m², pero en realidad son mucho más pequeñas.
Las camas son individuales y no resultan adecuadas para dos personas. Además, la ducha es fija y no dispone de alcachofa móvil, lo que dificulta asearse o lavarse el pelo con comodidad, ya que solo puedes colocarte directamente bajo el chorro.
Indicamos nuestra disconformidad en recepción por si podían solucionarlo ofreciéndonos una cama doble, pero nos informaron de que todas las habitaciones son estándar y que no había alternativas disponibles.

Un bon endroit pour se reposer et pour découvrir la ville.
Pros:

L'établissement est dans un quartier neutre, mais il est facile de se rendre dans beaucoup d'endroits en bus ou métro. Le personnel était très accueillant et la chambre confortable et propre.

The hotel is in a great Central London location, making it easy to get around thanks to excellent public transport links nearby.

Cons:

I had a disappointing experience with the staff during my stay. They were not friendly or welcoming at all.
During check-in, we couldn’t access our room because the key system wasn’t working due to dead batteries. Despite this, the staff did not offer an alternative room until I insisted, which was frustrating after a long journey.
At check-out, the experience was equally poor. There was no greeting or basic courtesy. Even after I said “good morning,” there was no response or effort to ask about our stay. Additionally, no information was provided about the £30 deposit unless I specifically asked.
On one occasion, my wife requested water and was told it would be delivered within two minutes, but it never arrived.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness from the staff made our stay unpleasant.

Pros:

The location was great, easy walking distance from Kings Cross. Parking was great, just paid when checked in.
Lots of choice for breakfast and got seated straight away.

Cons:

The parking round the back was very tight.

Hier würde ich wieder hinkommen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren funktional eingerichtet und die Matratzen der Betten ungewöhnlich hart, was wir begrüßten.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal war besonders freundlich und immer bemüht, den Gast zufrieden zu stellen.

Cons:

Es war nichts hotelspezifisches, aber allgemein fiel wieder auf, wie dreckig und vermüllt die Stadt ist. Im Hotel selbst waren die Waschbeckenüberläufe grün belegt und vor den Zimmertüren und in den Floors stand Geschirr, Essensreste und anderer Müll.
Das ist das Einzige, was es in dem Hotel zu bemängeln gibt.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant, les chambres très confortables et le petit déjeuner buffet très bon !

Cons:

Nous avions demandé deux chambres si possible à côté, à notre arrivée on nous a dit que nous ne serions pas tout à fait à côté mais au même étage, puis 5min nous n'étions finalement pas au même étage... Et l'une de nos chambres était PMR donc pas confortable du tout pour ma belle mère. Heureusement le lendemain la jeune fille de l'accueil nous a trouvé une autre chambre au même étage, merci à elle !
