Old hotel, no room cleaning service, construction site next to the hotel. The restaurant closes early.
Very expensive for what they offer

Très cher pour la qualité. Nous avons payé 777$ pour une chambre sur 2 nuits. C'est le prix d'une excellente chambre normalement. L'hôtel est en rénovation, il n'y a pas assez de stationnement pour tout le monde. Le spa était fermé.
The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very good. Lots of options and plenty of food for everyone. Our server was very nice and polite.
They advertise this hotel as having a hot tub but they really shouldn't because even the staff admitted that it only works 50% of the time. It never worked while I was there. I had even called the day before to make sure the hot tub was in working order because I received an email from booking.com saying it wasn't. They assured me that it fine but when I got there it wasn't. It also wasn't very clean and looked pretty cheap. No clean towels at the pool and all the chairs around the pool are taken by people who aren't even going for a swim. The sauna was taken up by kids playing in it. The room was fine but the bed sheets were below average quality and very itchy. It was impossible to get the AC working, no fan in the bathroom and the wifi kept disconnecting. To makes matters worse, the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear people in the bathroom next door and people talking in the corridor. The parking was very hard to find because parts of the hotel was under construction or renovation. The staff was annoyed when I brought up all these inconveniences and didn't help in any way. The price of the room was twice what I normally pay, I was expecting a better experience. Very disappointing.
