We had a great stay at Comfort Inn & Suites North Little Rock. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and all amenities worked perfectly.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location is convenient, with easy access to main roads, and the free parking was a plus. Breakfast was good and offered a nice selection.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Room cleanliness (filthy carpeting), issues operating TV, clock radio not plugged in, dusty lamp shades, loose toilet, got stuck in the elevator. No soap in public restroom off lobby. Disgusting.

Excellent!!
Pros:

Every staff person had a sweet & welcoming attitude while meeting or exceeding our requests. Excellent service & I stay in hotels frequently!

Cons:

The only minor issue I had was there were no washcloths. I made do with a hand towel. In the big scheme of things, this was a non-issue!!!
