Pros:

PROS: Excellent location near the plaza. Very good breakfast and Sherry tasting (both included). Staff friendly & helpful. Del Charro bar has good food & drinks. Room was clean and well maintained. CONS: Parking is terrible (take a small car). Most room access via stairs. Didn't see any elevators. Traditional room is very small for the price. Our room was close to the street, and a bit noisy.

Tres bel hôtel en plein centre de Santa Fe,
À part la taille des lits (queen) un peu juste, tout était parfait. Petit déjeuner local très bien (servi à l’assiette), piscine agréable.

Cons:

Taille des lits, et prix un peu élevé mène pour trois.

Santa Fe style boutique hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this quaint boutique hotel that is in walking distance to the plaza. Each evening we enjoyed complimentary sherry in the lobby and met other guests. The complimentary cook to order breakfasts were wonderful and the selections were fantastic. The king room was quite, very comfortable and decorated in Santa Fe style. The staff was wonderful.

This older property needs a lot of loving care, maintenance, clean up. Staff needs training on how to be customer frien

Location. Clean comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathroom in lobby area was not clean.
Bathroom in room needed some deep cleaning as did the whole room. Errors made on bill. But the staff eventually cleared it up.

Pros:

The location is excellent, close to Santa Fe Plaza. We enjoyed the pool and the New Mexican atmosphere of the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Waiters were quite busy and not very friendly.

We will definitely stay here again! Front desk staff fantastic!
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding and we always eat a full beer when we are traveling! We enjoyed being served by good waitresses and being able to order off a menu!
