Excellent stay, fabulous breakfast included, extremely caring and capable staff with a great location
Pros:

Deeply traditional and the spirit of Santa Fe. Our room had a fireplace and the staff was more than happy to supply firewood and make it happen.

Cons:

It’s a good bit dated in the bathroom area and the HVAC but what was done when it was constructed was top quality.

Pros:

Everything, close to some attractions, the breakfast was great !!
Everyone was very professional and always going for the extra mile.
Definitely, I will get this hotel again.

Cons:

That I ask for a close room due to my incapacity to walk much.
The room was to the end of the second floor.

Would stay there again!
Pros:

Within walking distance to downtown amenities. Very good value. Clean. Friendly staff (even a parking attendant who helped park our car as some of the spots are tight). Made to order hot breakfast that was very good and enough variety for 4 mornings that we stayed. Our room was quite close to Almeda and was somewhat noisy. The heating/cooling unit in the room has a low noise (white noise) fan that ran constantly (and wasn't a nuisance like some hotel rooms that cycle off and on) and helped with the traffic noise.

Super nice, comfortable would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Good location just south of the plaza. Lobby was very welcoming. Parking was free and available. The pool area was super nice and they were very accommodating to remove the pool cover. Our room had the most comfortable bed we’ve had on this trip, and the breakfast in the morning was made to order.

Cons:

We ate dinner at the adjacent restaurant and the menu we saw online was quite different from the one we encountered it after we sat down.

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was amazing. The location is the best in Old Santa Fe - shopping and dining options all around. The free breakfast was fantastic! At night the dining area becomes a saloon that stays open until midnight (a rarity in Santa Fe). The rooms were well appointed with comfy beds and southwest decor. There is a pretty pool area as well. Amazing hotel - highly recommend!
