Very dissapojnting
Pros:

The bed was very small for 2 adults. The grounds at the rear and in a very poor state and overgrown. The breakfast was very poor, overly greasy eggs, cold water in the urn, fruit looked as though it had been there for a very long time, juices tasted funny. Over all stay was very poor

When we got there even tho I asked on the phone if we could get in a bit earlier as it was our friends wedding. We had to pay an extra £10 which wasn't mentioned before. Then when we went into the room. The shower was dirty. There is a pool there, but it's empty, which it doesn't say online. And then when we went to have a shower, the water pressure was so bad that it was impossible to have a shower. I think that is unacceptable.

The staff including the chefs were lovely but the hotel room could have been better
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but would have been better to have a menu rather that have to ask what was available each morning.
It felt as though the very minimum was available

Cons:

The hotel room was pretty dusty and the mattress was really uncomfortable with being able to feel the springs. The duvet cover had a cigarette burn in it and the bedside table looked to have something nasty all over the top.
It would have been good to have some sort of storage in the bathroom and shower as there was nowhere to put your toiletries or even hang a towel.

Good price for what we got compared to other nearby hotels.
Pros:

Bedroom was good. Staff friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

Shower was terrible. Disappointed at no dinner being available so had to drive to another establishment for food. Disappointed at no bar being open in the evening when we returned to hotel at 22.10. Had to walk to a neighbouring establishment.
