The car park had chairs tipped all over and rubbish the bed was like a concrete slab requested a room for serve disability an was put miles back in the back of the hotel couldn’t even have a bath or shower due to disability and room we had been put in “needed one due to major surgery the next morning”
Breakfast half the bacon was cooked half the bacon was still oinking sausages burnt beans flavorless and scrambled egg was swimming

Good location for dog show I was attending. Good food in restaurant.

The place is lovely, best value for money. Friendly staff, trying to be helpful.

Cons:

Staff has no guidance- there are "rules" that make no sense. Breakfast- don't try it. No napkins, no fruit juice, no coffee, no eggs.
As I said before- place is fine, clean, great value, but service is non existent. Not for lack of trying. For lack of management.

Really good value
Pros:

Easy parking , lovely clean room , quality bedding and towels

On approach the outside area was littered with cigarette ends .The mattress wasn’t particularly comfortable .
