The front desk, security personnel, and Casino bartenders and restaurant servers were all excellent. The manager was extremely helpful when I unfortunate situation arose, but was handled on the spot an early morning walk around and overall facility preventative maintenance check should be accomplished daily, but all is well I would highly recommend this for couples or families. Property was extremely beautiful and the amenities were functional either fire pit outdoor seating. The rooms have balconies which we enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were large and very clean. The bathroom was spotless with a large shower and a huge showerhead. The view ify the lake was wonderful.

The room and view were fabulous. HOWEVER, we felt very put off and like we were a bother when we arrived 2 hours early and were told we could not check-in early or leave our luggage with front desk... we had a prescheduled 3 hour boat tour to go on. Also, their NON-smoking casino was a very SMALL room ( like a 12 ft closet) and their bigger one was VERY smoky. We tried to get a bite to eat at their little bar/grill and walked into every table dirty and only 2 tables with customers. Waitress told us we could sit if we could find a table. We walked out and found a GREAT restaurant (The Durham) 2 blocks away.
