Pros:

The guy staff at night was attentive to the request I asked even it was 1pm.
Carpet needs to change.
Breakfast was fine & only the sanitation Needed to attention by the staff because there were 2 flies I saw flying around the uncovered food.
Overall we can still come back and maybe it’s more improved .

Pros:

Food options were ok, would have loved a bit of toast. The bar closed earlier 10:45 than expected (midnight) or at least we were told it was closed. We had to practically beg for a drink. Transport access is good. Internet access was great.

Great value and will definitely stay again
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean apart from a few stains in bathroom sink. This hotel was perfect for a quick stay and not spending much time in the room. I was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I don’t think you can go there expecting the Four Seasons. I was cery pleasantly surprised.

Pros:

The weather was expected, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was I paid city taxes twice but speaking with hotel staff that should be resolved soon. I slept so good in the bed. Another thing was breakfast was not really good for people who don’t eat pork as there where no other options with sausages and bacon.

The rooms were nice enough, small , but the beds were comfy. I was disappointed in the bathroom. The toilet area was so small you could barely use it with closing the door. The shower felt like a camper shower instead of a nice hotel. It could have been cleaner in the shower and surround area as well. The hair dryer was not effective. There was limited dining, even if you want to use the restaurant in the hotel. You need to Uber or Bolt everywhere and it's expensive!

Pros:

The hotel offers a comfort in budget . Friendly reception staff . Not much facilities for breakfast or dinner outside hotel . There is a pizza machine in a walkable distance which is a budget friendly option .
