L'hôtel très propre rien à dire. Les chambres sont bien équipées et la literie parfaite. Par contre l'accueil est moyen .

Cons:

Jai perdu 1 foulard en cachemire et rien ne m'a été rendu. Pas cool ...
le petit déjeuner à 22 euros est 1 peu cher ainsi que toutes prestations payantes. Prix à revoir.

Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre au Parc Walibi, même à pieds car il se trouve à 10 minutes de marche.
Petit déjeuner varié et excellent.
Chambre plutôt spacieuse avec belle salle de bain, produits Rituals.

Cons:

On nous a refusé de nous asseoir à une table de l'entrée avec des repas extérieurs. En soit, si c'est le règlement on n'accepte, mais la façon de répondre de la responsable était très mal aimable alors que nous avons poliment posé la question.

Het was heerlijk, we zijn niets te kort gekomen. Een erg open hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel

كل شي فقط المسبح كان مغلق في حين ما حجزت كان طوال العام لم يكن هناك أي معلومات تشير على اغلاقه

Locatie en comfort was prima!
Pros:

De locatie dichtbij Walibi/Aqaulibi (10 min. lopen), gratis parkeren, kamer was comfortabel en schoon.

Cons:

Engels bleek lastig voor de meeste medewerkers. Ontbijt was de eerste dag prima, de tweede dag duidelijk slechter. Avond buffet was ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven. Cocktail besteld, stond niet op de kaart maar bij vragen hadden ze wel wat, deze was niet te drinken.

Pros:

Typical breakfast is quite expensive; still, there's a cheaper version of 7 eur for a coffee and croissant.

Cons:

It did not have good connection to public transportation. To catch the necessary bus, we had to walk 30 minutes to the train/bus station.

Idéal pour Walibi
Pros:

Propreté et modernité, situation géographique au top (accès à Walibi en 10 minutes à pieds).
Les Tesla prennent toutes la place mais c’est quand même une très bonne chose d’avoir installé des super chargeur.

Cons:

Le canapé lit n’était pas préparé alors que j’avais pourtant prévenu l'hôtel que nous serions 3. La chambre nous a été attribuée au dernier moment, donc le lit n’était pas fait, pour un Novotel c’est très surprenant. Le fameux canapé lit est sacrément inconfortable. C’est dommage.

Cons:

At arrival I get a baby crib for a 5 year old child. Asking for extra blanket causes drama at the reception. The receptionist speaks poor english so I had to ask other staff help to unfold the sofa bed. The receptionist admitted that he has no clue how to do it. Next day room service removed one blanket by default so had to ask for it again. Most awkward experience ever
