God frokost. Romslig rom med god seng og fint bad

Vi ble informert om at vi kunne kjøpe middag fra meny på ettermiddag/kveld. Det ble gitt mange ulike beskjeder når kvelden kom og det endte med at vi kun fikk kjøpe pizza, da de hadde det for travelt til å lage annen mat. Ikke så hyggelig og rent i uteområde.

Pros:

Fijn hotel met vriendelijke personeel,
Ruime schone kamers, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en op loopafstand van het station en walibi.
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

El personal muy amable y sobretodo casi todos hablaban español, también las vistas eran muy bonitas,la piscina 10/10 ,muy limpio todo..la zona es un encanto, la naturaleza y el ambiente increíblemente maravilloso..volvería al mismo lugar 100%100 otra vez

A lovely experience
Pros:

booked this hotel for my trip to the BTS concert, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. At the time I made my reservation, the hotel was offering very reasonable rates compared to many other hotels in Brussels, which had increased their prices to astronomical levels because of the event.
From the moment I arrived, I found exactly what I look for in a hotel: cleanliness, peace, relaxation, and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
One of the hotel's highlights is its beautiful garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in a peaceful setting. The breakfast was extensive, with plenty of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent.
My room was spotless and included a refrigerator, a safe, and air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The hotel also provided instant coffee and a selection of tea in the room. The entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant, which added to the overall experience.
In the evening, after exploring the city, I enjoyed relaxing at the hotel bar with an authentic Belgian beer. The bartender was very friendly and recommended a few beers based on my preferences, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would happily give this hotel the highest possible rating. I only wish I could have stayed a few more days. If I visit Brussels again in the future, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Cons:

To be honest, there wasn't anything I genuinely disliked. The following are only minor observations that might be helpful for other guests, but they did not affect my stay in any way.

The shower floor was a little slippery, so it might be worth considering a non-slip solution if possible. I would also recommend providing bathroom slippers in the rooms, as they would be a nice additional comfort for guests.
