Unclean and disappointing stay at this Resort

Cons:

Room had water trickking down the walls
The floors were slippery and wet due to the dripping water. I slipped twice and hurt my back once.
Room service was sporadic.
Buffet Breakfast was ordinary ( tasteless)
I became unwell with a sore throat and temperatures. I believe it was because of all of the moisture in the room.
The aircondition was tempramental switching on and off....

Not as comfortable as we would have liked.
Pros:

It was a nice room with a view.

Cons:

The room had a smell, we couldn’t control the aircon so it was very cold when we arrived and hot when we were trying to sleep, the TV wasn’t smart, there was sand all over the floor and even in the bed when we first hopped in, the mattress was hard.

Appeared expensive considering the size of the room and outdated room.
Pros:

If used the outdoor facility looked inviting.

Cons:

The room was very old, dated, damp smell. Tv remote didn’t work, lamp didn’t work.

Was basic but it just didn’t feel pleasant

Close to everything

Cons:

It was raining when we arrived to our room and it felt damp inside and the floors were wet. Walls were dripping with water and the overall feel of the room was moisture ridden and yuck. The bedding felt wet also

Lots of areas of improvement needed
Pros:

Grand Bungalow was spacious and good location

Cons:

The hotel is falling apart, tried for two days to ring through to reception when it was raining with no answer, they said they would put something nice in the room for us as we travelled not long after my father passed and they didn’t, gym door broken couldn’t access the gym, maps around the resort needing updating as it was showing showing that the day spa was in our room, laundry facilities were awful and broken. Really disappointed I spend that much money
