Pros:

Very welcoming entryway and super friendly and helpful staff. Room was surprisingly large and well appointed. It certainly exceeded expectations.

Relaxed Resort like location
Pros:

Stunning well maintained grounds and location, beautiful pool a& bar area, great activities and facilities. The kangaroos were a treat to see up close

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were saggy . Ordering & receiving food and drinks took an exceptionally long time gor lunch and dinner, but was delicious when it finally arrived.

Room rate is great. Facilities are great. Staff are great. Location is great.

Cons:

Room wasn't great - it needs an upgrade or renovation. Old carpets, lame wall paint, old bathroom. TV didn't have cable channels. Okay internet WIfi speed.

Lovely place, staff are wonderful! Well worth the money!
Pros:

I arrived early and they had my room ready so I could check in early. The room and grounds were lovely. Restaurant and bar was very nice, I tad expensive though. The breakfast buffet was fantastic for value.

Cons:

The swipe card in our door was difficult to use at times.

Great location and over facilities but room could be better
Pros:

Pool area, beach was great to relax. Kangaroos were fun to have around. Surf beach very close

Cons:

Bed was horrible. This would be a key reason for not staying again. Light for the bathroom also turned light in wardrobe which was next to the beds on. Woke everyone up. Fridge was set very low and took ages to get anything cold.
