If I had another event in this location I would not pick this hotel to stay in

The staff were amazing! Every single person I interacted with was helpful and polite.

Cons:

First the beds were terrible, they have mattress protectors on them like a child, now I understand why however cover that up not with a tiny piece of fabric then a sheet, make sure the guest can not see it or feel it. Also the bed linen was so stock standard white it was so underwhelming walking into the room. The hotel manager needs to look at this and work out in their budget if they can fix this (I was once a hospitality manager for Hilton). The room was so tired and dated also the bathrooms were awful. Now for the price I expected so much more, like a lot more, if the price per night was alighed with the room appearance and feel I would not have felt like this. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL RESORT such amazing grounds yet the rooms and the common areas really let this place down. The wow factor could have been amazing yet it was dull and I was left feeling like I paid so much money for this. The hotel dinning while nice was basic.

The resort needs some maintenance done - one of the posts on our porch was not attached to the ground therefore it was unsafe.

Great location and layout of the suite. Grounds and facilities were great. Suite needed to be maintained better
Pros:

Layout of the suite was good and location and grounds were great

Cons:

Suite 142 had peeling paint around the entrance door , and needed to be refreshed inside. Some of the tiles in the shower were loose and one morning there were bits of concrete that had come loose under my feet. For over $1000 for 3 nights I would have thought the suite would have been better maintained. This was disappointing,

The location is beautiful

Cons:

The rooms need a renovation. The bathroom bath/shower combo was covered in mold. The room itself was out dated and paint peeling.

Brilliant.
Pros:

I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff! It felt good to be there, away from the hustle of the inner city. The room was clean, it was nice a quiet, easy to find and super relaxing watching over the lagoon. The bed was super comfy, the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Cons:

I would have liked a second milk in the fridge for coffee, we ran out early but only stayed for one night so didn't go looking for more.

Convenient location but needs an update as smelt and felt dirty when paying good money.

Close to wedding location
Comfortable bed
Let us check in a bit earlier for a wedding

Cons:

Very dirty - couldn’t sit on outdoor seats due to the amount of dirt, animal poo and mould.
Rooms need a refresh.
Smelt mouldy.
