Pros:

We loved the view, the pool and the grounds. The bed was very comfortable also.

Cons:

The pool side menu was very below average. And there was not much shade available around the pool either.

Very enjoyable relaxing holiday
Pros:

The location and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice. Didn’t realise I was in an upstairs room with no elevator access though and being pregnant with twins it was a struggle!

Cons:

As above not having an elevator to get to the room. The grounds themselves were a bit run down

Great place to stay for families
Pros:

I really like how clean and well maintained the resort is. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic. The pool and activities are great for the whole family.

Cons:

I did get lost a few times making my way back to my room, as the building looks the same.
And the signage isn't always very visible or clear

If the rooms were done up a bit to match the entrance and bar area it would be amazing. They are a bit dated.

Sand grit on the floor in the room with nothing available to clean the floor and pillows smelt like stale sweat.

We loved it and will definitively be returning.
Pros:

The overall experience was amazing, there were great activities for the kids (the fish feeding was beautiful), the breakfast was great. The room facilities were very comfortable and we fit the 4 of us comfortably.

Cons:

Bathroom is a little small.
the queue for the breakfast was a little annoying.
There was no where to buy bottle water in the evening.
