How close it was to the beach, and the kangaroos. The breakfast was the high light.

Cons:

Food was overpriced due to no competition, also not enough selection on the menu. A buffet dinner would be the way to go, as a good range of food for those fussy eaters. The breakfast, I'd go back for, but have to think twice about the rest of the days eating. It's a little drive to get to shops with eateries and groceries.

Buffet breakfast was fantastic and customer service was exceptional- Annie was amazing and a great host

Cons:

Double beds too small for two people- need to offer king doubles for families ! Our family of four did not sleep well in these beds.

We stayed at the resort to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary but were underwhelmed.
Pros:

Location is very good and the reception area was excellent. Reception staff were efficient. The surrounding gardens are really lovely and it was nice to walk outside our room and find kangaroos grazing peacefully around the gardens.

Cons:

My husband attempted to order some bar food from the bar and was directed to the restaurant where two staff members ignored him and continued to chat amongst themselves. Subsequently, when my husband found a menu he was completely uninspired by what was on offer.

Further, the room was very basic and in need of some serious investment to bring it up to standard. Only one chair inside, when the room was clearly set for at least 2 people, visible cracks in the ceiling, the air conditioning was very noisy and sitting outside in the small outside area was unpleasant as it was very overgrown so you couldn't really appreciate the surrounding beauty of the location.

Rooms need renovations
Pros:

The staff, lobby, bar and facilities were good.

Cons:

The room carpet felt gross. They need to renovate the rooms as they are very old and outdated. The humidity damaged the rooms. The bathtub was old and cracked.

Great remixing stay. Overall loved it but some focus on quality of deluxe rooms could make for a more comfortable stay
Pros:

Facilities were fantastic! And the buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had! Location was fantastic and nice walk to beach

Cons:

Got the king deluxe lake view and was quite disappointed with the quality of the room and amenities. The bathroom was very dated and mould in the silicone. Would have been a nice touch to have slippers and robes as the floor gets very sandy. The lighting was also a bit of an issue. Very bright light in wardrobe connected to bathroom switch meant that toileting at night affected the other person. Lamp didn’t work. Would also be nice to have access to more tv channels and movies you can buy

Good stay, will return but have some feed back to be address first.
Pros:

The room was a great size for the two of us and we enjoyed the comfort of the best. We loved how lose the beach and lagoon were and made sure to enjoy the sun at the bar and pool during the day.

Cons:

We had a major issue with sand in the bathroom. Even on first arrival to the room, there was clearly a lot of sand still on the bathroom floor from the previous stay. Also the guest below us where clearly heavy smokers that were just outside their room chain smoking most of the day. the smell was pretty rough. Also some major issues with the alarm system, false alarm for over 30 minutes at MIDNIGHT was very disruptive.
