Pros:

staff were excellent-helpful, pleasant; breakfast was good; liked having parking outside my door to directly enter the room

Cons:

The heater in the room was very noisy; room was a bit dated.

There were other 'young' guests on the floor that were excessively noisy very early in the morning, repetitively loudly running in the hall, shouting loudly with their room door open, and knocking on ours and others doors then running away. It was very very inappropriate and not what I wanted during a hotel stay. The staff tried to assist, but the guests were persistent. Very frustrating when trying to rest for an important competition that day. Disappointing and exhausting.

Always an excellent stay
Pros:

We always feel very welcome when we stay here. Everything is clean and comfortable. Even during construction the staff assured breakfast be available.

Bereavement Stay
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and understanding, knowing that our stay was unexpected due to a family emergency and then the death of my sister causing us to extend our stay.

Pros:

We stayed in a ground level suite. The entry area was very treacherous with ice. It was salted, however for an assessable room, it was very challenging to get in and out of the room safely due to the ice.

Decent
Pros:

It was very close to everything. It had a drive up room. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice

Cons:

It was very musty smelling and not super clean. It seemed a bit outdated but they are remodeling. The room was small, the pull up doors were directly in front of the bed so it was hard to get in- not much room.
