Cons:

I was scammed. I arrived on March 31st at 11:00 PM and spoke with the guy at the front desk to get my room assignment and pay the deposit. At 1:00 AM, they called me to say they had assigned me the wrong room and that if I wanted to keep it, I would have to accept additional charges. I hung up, and the next morning I spoke with the front desk again; they told me that they were not the ones who had called. A few days later, I found a charge on my card for $514, which I am now disputing as an attempted scam.

Overall, it is good except the bathroom is too small.
Pros:

I love the location; you can find everything nearby. What I love the most is that the AC keeps it cool all night. The bed is comfortable, and there are extra pillows and a blanket.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like about this place is that the bathroom door is very inconvenient to open and close.

Pros:

The breakfast they offered was amazing! Lots of choices and nice clean dining room to sit and eat.

Cons:

So I called ahead before booking the hotel to ask questions. I was told the pool was heated but it was freezing! Then when we tried the wet or dry sauna it was an epic disaster! The wet sauna took more then 10mins to kick on and after we finally had some time in there opened the door and the smoke alarm started going on and yelling “fire fire” so we tried the dry sauna and couldn’t get it up work so called the front desk with no response so said forget it! Now I know people like to walk and exercise but there were a bunch of random guys in the pajamas walking around the parking lot late at night and early morning at first I thought they were guests but I think they live there and there just staring you down so it’s freaking creepy! Also body wash was empty in the shower and the beds were so hard I could not get comfortable but some people like hard mattresses I unfortunately do not. The hotel was clean, didn’t charge a deposit, had an awesome breakfast so it wasn’t all bad.

Cozy and Comfortable place
Pros:

The size of the room was very accommodating, the bed was soooo comfortable and it was very clean and location was super Easy to find. We definitely would recommend that our Family and Friends this place to stay. Price was also affordable for our comfort and peace and how close it was to Levi stadium.

Cons:

When we 1st arrived we were told, that the WATER was turned off until 6pm and that if we wanted to shower , we would have to go to the Gym area to shower, and we couldn't use the toilets either.
However quickly after we settled in, the Manager called to inform us that Water was turned back on per Mormal use.

I love everything around this hotel; it is convenient, clean, and has a comfortable bed.

I love that the room is clean, and most importantly, the AC runs cold all night. I sleep well all night.
