Quality for a 3 star
Nothing
We arrived on Friday evening, only to find that there was nobody at reception. We had to wait around 7 minutes for a staff member to arrive, followed by another wait while a different guest was being checked in. This is not what you would expect on a Friday evening. At least two receptionists should be available in case one of them leaves.
The room was much smaller than it appeared in the listing photos. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of privacy in the bathroom. There is no proper door, just a transparent glass panel, meaning we had to leave the room whenever one of us needed to use the bathroom. Having to take turns leaving your own room just to have some privacy is ridiculous.
The room also felt quite outdated. There were visible marks on the ceiling from what appeared to be previous leaks, and the flooring near the bathroom was blackened and looked poorly maintained.
Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Good staff and spotless
Breakfast was mainly chaotic, waiting for hot foid to be replenished took ages. Mainly due to too few staff working.
Could hear both adjacent and floor above rooms using shower. This could be late night or very early in morning.

The room was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. It had a kettle with coffee, tea, etc. The bathroom was large. And the closets were big with mirrored doors which was nice.
Liked the location as we can walk to the old town center. It was nice to be around a neighborhood where we can go to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc.
Whenever we took a shower, water would leak onto the floors outside the shower door no matter how much we tried to point the water in a direction away from the door.
In the hallways, there was a musty smell. Must be the carpet.
We instructed for our laundry to be picked up but twice it was missed. We had to bring it down to the receptionist.
The coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, etc. weren't restocked as we used them.
Good location, near the old town but quieter. Good size room with everything you need. Had breakfast once, was okay
No bar in the hotel but to be fair there were hundreds of them a short walk away
