Le service d accueil Marie Pierre et ses copines celui du petit déjeuner, Françoise dévoué a nous servir de guide,les femmes de ménage Florence au petit soin..des bons petits plats au restaurant...le seul hic c était pas l hôtel, mais le temps..🤣🤣

Cons:

Les chaussons pour la douche trop petit pour moi..mais le peignoir excellent..

Hôtel soigné et très bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, les chambres soignées, le côté dog-friendly 😊👍, la vue sur la cité de Carcassonne depuis les chambres ❤️

Cons:

Petit détail : il manquait, dans une des chambres réservées, des chaises ou poufs pour s’assoir et pouvoir manger le petit déjeuner dans la chambre

A lovely experience nice comfortable hotel great position for Carcassonne.The menu was a bit limited
Pros:

Overall most of the staff were fantastic especially the reception staff. They were so helpful.

Cons:

Two morning staff were pushy and grumpy.
Did not like a pug breed of dog begging for food at breakfast time. Think it was one of the staffs dog. I have dogs and they would not be allowed to stare up at you for tit bits.
