Great location
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and friendly and let us check in early which was helpful. The restaurant, terrace and garden areas were great.

Cons:

Rooms need updating. It was great to have a pool in the heat but the pool area needs attention. Glasses were left at the unused bar and along the pool area for two days and the dirty towel basket was never emptied. It could be much improved by keeping it tidy and a few umbrellas or plants to soften it. It was like the staff had forgotten it existed.

Pros:

Bom café-da-manhã e excelente localização.

Cons:

As comodidades do hotel são um pouco limitadas. A área comum é pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes do hotel. A área da piscina estava fechada, por ainda ser mês de abril. Também sentimos falta de alguma identificação do hotel com a cidade medieval e histórica em que se encontra.

excellent séjour.
Pros:

chambre très confortable et spacieuse, buffet du petit déjeuner très varié, accueil du personnel, situation exceptionnelle près de la cité médiévale.

Cons:

douche qui se situait dans la baignoire et n'était donc pas très fonctionnelle (risque de glissade).
