Très confortable et piscine agréable
Petit déjeuner super mais restaurant le soir assez décevant
The staff were very attentive, friendly and proactive, even though some team members were still being trained when we checked in. They made a genuine effort to help and made us feel welcome.
The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of fresh fruit, breads and toppings, French-style sausages, bacon, ham, French cheeses, pastries and Nespresso coffee.
Free parking for hotel guests was another big plus. There is also a free public parking area just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel, with easy access, which is a useful alternative if the hotel car park is full.
Overall, the hotel was comfortable and very convenient for visiting Carcassonne.
We had informed the hotel that we expected to arrive before the official check-in time. In the end, we were delayed on the road and arrived quite close to check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready and we had to wait until around 4 pm to access it.
The biggest disappointment was the room-service dinner. The food came from the hotel’s restaurant, but unfortunately the quality and overall experience didn’t match the price we paid. It felt poor value for money, and if we stayed again, we would definitely choose to have dinner elsewhere.

Tout était bien mais je dirais quand on a manger au restaurant le soir ,je trouvais les plat pas très bien présenté se qui n empêche pas que c était bon, mais la salade avec beaucoup d ingrédients que j ai choisi a 17 € était en fouillis et pas très avenante ( effort a faire pour la présentation).

The location is ideal, there is more than ample safe, secure parking, it's super dog friendly, the staff were welcoming, and the gardens are beautiful.
The waitress for dinner was less than helpful regarding my coeliac (gluten-free) issues. She 'forgot' to ask the chef what I could eat, brought food that 'looked like it didn't have gluten in' and asked 'how bad would it be if I had a bit?'. And she forgot my husband's bread, and his beer... She was very nice, spoke super English, but was a little on another planet. The food, in the end, was delicious.
