A warm and welcoming hotel just 10 minutes walk from the Cité
Pros:

Everything. Great location. Funky and cute decor. Fantastic breakfast and superb reception service from Marie Pierre who was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Nothing.

Great but….. don’t take breakfast.
Cons:

The buffet was not refreshed during breakfast service. Lots of clearing away of used tables but no refreshing of food. No eggs, no bacon, 1 sausage and not baguettes, just empty servers - for an hour.

2nd day food was undercooked and didn’t need refreshing as nobody ate it.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la cité.
Personnel à la réception souriant et accueillant. Je pense notamment à Aïcha, merci pour votre bonne humeur et votre gentillesse.

Très bon séjour, on reviendra à nouveau!
Pros:

Les chambres et l'emplacement sont très bien. Nous avons apprécié le mini bar, la douche multijets, le confort des lits..

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais dommage que le lait ne soit pas du lait normal (il devait être à une saveur amande ou autre), car les enfants n'ont pas pu boire du lait les 2 matins de notre séjour.

One of the most enjoyable short holidays we've ever had!
Pros:

Hotel Mercure could hardly have been better. The hotel was a comfortable size, just two floors, and was in a superb position for walking into the citadel. The breakfasts were splendid, as were the evening meals, all served by friendly and efficient staff. Front desk staff were likewise friendly with good English to hand.
The room we had was a generous size, with a spacious bathroom equipped with the most amazing shower!! The French windows led out onto a terrace overlooking the pool.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I can't think of anything! There was nothing we disliked.

As expected in a Mercure with a good location and some charm.
Pros:

Location. Very close to citadel. Free parking and value for money breakfast included. Room clean.

Cons:

Plumbing in bathroom. Stores not allowing to keep room dark in the morning. No cappuccino at breakfast.

Camera molto comoda e tranquilla - molto apprezzabile la politica plastic free anche per l'acqua naturizzata in omaggio per la notte Splendida posizione a due passi alle mura , ma con parcheggio gratuito - colazione eccellente e molto varia (anche la parte di salato) anche essa plastic free - le cialdine per la marmellata sono una chicca. Staff molto gentile e disponibile sia all'arrivo che nel check-out
