Pros:

Posizione strategica per visitare i castelli della Loira e vicino al centro!molto cortese e disponibile, colazione ricca e buffet ben organizzato!

Cons:

Organizzazione generale, servizi SpA inesistenti porta della Sauna rotta, Bagno turco rotto, piscina affollatissima perché senza regolamentazione di accesso, Pulizia!

Pros:

Excellent accueil de la part de tout le personnel: des personnes travaillant à l’accueil aux personnes travaillant dans les étages. Tout en passant par les barmans. Tout le monde a été au top et aux petits soins!

Cons:

Il manque peut être une étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser des produits.

Comfortable accommodation in the centre of Blois
Pros:

We chose this property because it is very conveniently located while also providing parking space in the building itself, which is hard to find in Blois. As most hotels of this chain, it stands for reliable service and reasonable standards of quality, with simple but spacious bedrooms, clean infrastructure and plenty of services. This one has a lovely two-storey-high bar, with very friendly staff!

Cons:

The bedroom was a bit spartan and could benefit from simple coms like a minibar, etc. Also, breakfast was nothing to write home about, and looked a bit too basic for a 4-star hotel: what there was, was good, but there could have been a wider choice of fruit and breads, for example.

El desayuno muy bueno, aunque también caro si solo desayunas fruta y pan con mermelada. Criticaría quizás el café, en los otros hoteles de este viaje ha estado más rico

Creo que un hotel de esa categoría debiera de tener más articulos de aseo, como zapatillas y crema hidratante

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in posizione leggermente decentrata ma comunque tale da consentire di raggiungere il centro a piedi in 10 minuti. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la colazione. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante per la cena rimanendo estremamente soddisfatti. Presenti posti bici nel garage sotterraneo. Apprezzato il dispenser di acqua al piano.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno c'era una perdita di acqua dal soffitto della sala ristorante. La gestione dell'emergenza poteva, a mio avviso, essere migliore. Avevano sistemato dei secchi e stracci in maniera un po' improvvisata. La perdita era presente sia a cena che la mattina dopo a colazione.

Great hotel with lots of amenities.
Pros:

The room was clean, the pool was great, breakfast was good and you could walk into town very easily.

Cons:

There was amix up with us being charged for breakfast incorrectly, which eventually was resolved but not without some bother.
