Nice hotel for that value
Pros:

Location,comfy bed, quiet area, teapot in the room

Cons:

You need to leave your key all the time in reception when going out,room is small, the conditioner didn't work at the end of April,the reception and entrance were closed at night/early morning(just keep in mind)

Hotel ottimo per qualità e prezzo
Pros:

Rapporto qualita' prezzo, gentilezza dello staff, camere pulite, bollitore con fornitura te' e caffe' in stanza. Vicino metro n.12 e con fermate bus vicine. Avevo gia' soggiornato in questo hotel e ci sono tornata volentieri.

Cons:

L'illuminazione della stanza era carente (stanza singola interna, 5 piano), soprattutto nel bagno dove non c'e' luce sullo specchio e quindi è difficile truccarsi. Non tutti i giorni la bustina di te'/caffe' consumata era sostituita.

Pros:

Close to Metro and RER train, convenient to get here from the center or the airport. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants also in this area. Honestly even the room was bigger than I expected of a Paris hotel.

Cons:

The ventilation in the room wasn't so great, the air was really stuffed, especially in the night. We opened the window to counter it but it also can get a bit loud from the street (when the window is closed it's not noisy).

Pros:

Wonderful quiet room with opening windows onto courtyard.
Housekeeping found me a blanket, even though the desk said that was not possible.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not restock coffee and cream and front desk said that was because I had Do not clean room sign up, but that was not the case. Also, when I had the do not disturb sign up, housekeeping opened my door. Luckily I was not naked at the time!

Сozy hotel, perfect Parisian atmosphere, and warm memories we will cherish for a long time
Pros:

We could see the Eiffel Tower (and Montparnasse Tower) right from our room window! The location is fantastic: two metro lines (13 and 4) are nearby, as well as supermarkets, cafes, and coffee shops. There is also a lovely square, a park, and Montparnasse Cemetery within walking distance, along with the historic cafe once visited by Akhmatova and Modigliani.

The hotel itself is small and cozy. The room had a very comfortable bed, a safe, and even bath salts, which was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Even without booking breakfast, guests could always enjoy complimentary croissants at the reception and relax on the charming inner terrace.

Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave me and my mother - we will remember our stay here very warmly.

Cons:

We missed having a refrigerator in the room, but it was not a big issue.
