Chambre un peu étroite , compliqué de circuler à deux . Sinon chambre très propre , personnel sympa . Juste une personne qui entre dans la chambre à 15h et qui dit «  service » alors que nous n’avons rien demandé .

La vicinanza alla metro e la via tranquilla senza traffico e caos

Per essere un 4 stelle non è nulla di eccezionale. Ho pagato una stanza tripla ma Il divano letto in dotazione per mio figlio di 12 anni, era rotto, sgangherato ,sfondato e aggiustato con nastro adesivo e una fascia ,scomodissimo per dormire, la prima notte si è anche fatto male con un ferro sporgente appuntito.
Il personale non parla italiano, non è stato semplice comunicare, menomale parliamo un po di francese e inglese, ma loro non si sono sforzati minimamente per farsi capire

El primer día al llegar la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y trancada, se reclamó y nunca vinieron a abrirla. El ascensor es ridículo mide 0.80 x 0.80 aprox. Entra apenas una persona delgada y una valija. Un día a la tarde comenzó a sonar la alarma de incendio en la propia puerta de la habitación donde nos encontrábamos descansando, estuvo sonando 20 minutos. Insoportable. Nos dijeron que era un simulacro luego de los 20 minutos. Nadie de la administración nos había avisado que iban a realizar un l simulacro. En resumen un desastre el hotel. No lo recomiendo. Les regalaron las estrellas que figura en la publicación . No volvería..

Personal beim Frühstücken und Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut

Cons:

Dusche total schimmelig, Klospülung, wackliger Lift lediglich für zwei Personen und sehr wackelig, Gänge so eng, dass nicht mal 2 Personen aneinander vorbeigehen können, Betten unbequem, Nur öffentliche Parkplätze mit exorbitanten Kosten. Man lässt aber das Auto lieber nicht dort stehen. Man hat auch das Gefühl, dass man abends lieber nicht mehr auf die Straße geht

Bad experience. Always heard good thing of Best western it was a bad experience. Never refer to anybody.

The hallway and room were very small; they hardly fit your luggage, and there were no essential things in the washroom. The sink was leaking; water was flowing out. The sink in the washroom was flooded. We complained; the man came with a plunger and did not fix it. We told them they should refund us one day of hotel. We showed them the condition of the bathroom was bad.

Pros:

Location was a bit out of city centre but the good thing it was close to tram and metro. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was nice

Cons:

The rooms were too small and lift was also very squeezed only enough for 2 people if you have luggage it would not fit.

Ambivalent about returning for future stays.
Pros:

The location was a little confusing to find and the Junior suite I reserved was not available at check in for my party of four… one big room with one queen bed and queen size sofa.

Cons:

No parking so on our own, located a parking garage walking distance from the hotel with a cost 0ver 100 euros for our 3 night stay. The property told us of the off site parking at check in even though I wrote and requested the parking places!
